“E, orando, não useis de vãs repetições, como os gentios, que pensam que por muito falarem serão ouvidos.”
Deus tem infinitas formas de se comunicar conosco mas, nós temos apenas uma de falar com ele que é através da oração. Precisamos fazer isso da forma correta, com sinceridade e abrindo o nosso coração ao Pai.
A doutrina católica de repetir rezas pré-definidas não é eficaz. Não adianta repetir cem vezes a mesma reza acreditando que vai conseguir algo de Deus apenas por ficar insistindo em algo pronto que te deram para repetir.
Quando for orar a Deus, entre em seu quarto, ou num lugar onde esteja somente você e Ele. Mateus 6:6 “Mas tu, quando orares, entra no teu aposento e, fechando a tua porta, ora a teu Pai que está em secreto; e teu Pai, que vê em secreto, te recompensará publicamente.”.
Fale aquilo que está em seu coração, com sinceridade. Se não conseguir apenas chore na presença do Senhor. Ele conhece o teu coração. Leve seus desejos e angústias para Deus, entregue sua carga a Ele e Ele vai te ajudar. Mateus 11:28 “Vinde a mim, todos os que estais cansados e oprimidos, e eu vos aliviarei.”.

Does Repeating Ready Prayers Work?
We read in the bible in Matthew 6:7
“And, praying, do not use vain repetitions, like the Gentiles, who think that however much they speak they will be heard.”
God has infinite ways to communicate with us, but we only have one way to talk to him and that is through prayer. We need to do this correctly, with sincerity and opening our hearts to the Father.
The Catholic doctrine of repeating predefined prayers is not effective. It is no use repeating the same prayer a hundred times, believing that you will get something from God just by insisting on something ready that you were given to repeat.
When you go to pray to God, go into your room, or into a place where only you and Him are. Matthew 6:6 secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you publicly.”.
Speak what is in your heart, with sincerity. If you can’t, just cry in the presence of the Lord. He knows your heart. Take your desires and anxieties to God, give your load to Him and He will help you. Matthew 11:28 “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

重複準備好的祈禱有用嗎？
Chóngfù zhǔnbèi hǎo de qídǎo yǒuyòng ma?
我們在聖經中讀到馬太福音 6:7
“而且，祈禱，不要像外邦人一樣，使用徒勞的重複，他們認為無論他們說什麼都會被聽到。”
上帝有無數種與我們交流的方式，但我們只有一種方式與他交談，那就是通過祈禱。我們需要正確地做到這一點，真誠地向天父敞開心扉。
重複預定祈禱的天主教教義無效。重複同一個禱告一百次是沒有用的，相信只要堅持要求你重複的東西準備好，你就會從上帝那裡得到一些東西。

Shàngdì yǒu wúshù zhǒng yǔ wǒmen jiāoliú de fāngshì, dàn wǒmen zhǐyǒu yīzhǒng fāngshì yǔ tā jiāotán, nà jiùshì tōngguò qídǎo. Wǒmen xūyào zhèngquè de zuò dào zhè yīdiǎn, zhēnchéng dì xiàng tiān fù chǎngkāi xīnfēi.
Chóngfù yùdìng qídǎo de tiānzhǔjiào jiàoyì wúxiào. Chóngfù tóng yīgè dǎogào yībǎi cì shì méiyǒu yòng de, xiāngxìn zhǐyào jiānchí yāoqiú nǐ chóngfù de dōngxī zhǔnbèi hǎo, nǐ jiù huì cóng shàngdì nàlǐ dédào yīxiē dōngxī.
Dāng nǐ qùxiàng shàngdì qídǎo shí, jìnrù nǐ de fángjiān, huòzhě jìnrù yīgè zhǐyǒu nǐ hé tā cúnzài dì dìfāng. Mǎ tài fúyīn 6:6 Mìmì; ér nǐ de fùqīn, zài ànzhōng guānchá, huì gōngkāi jiǎnglì nǐ.”.
Shuō chū nǐ de xīnshēng, chéngkěn de shuō. Rúguǒ nǐ bùnéng, jiù zài zhǔ miànqián kūqì. Tā zhīdào nǐ de xīn. Bǎ nǐ de kěwàng hé jiāolǜ jiāo gěi shàngdì, bǎ nǐ de fùdān jiāo gěi tā, tā huì bāngzhù nǐ. Mǎ tài fúyīn 11:28 “Nǐmen suǒyǒu láokǔ dān zhòngdàn de rén dōu dào wǒ zhèlǐ lái, wǒ huì ràng nǐmen xiūxí.”

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
