Em relação a mulher “cristã“, a bíblia diz que a mulher não deve exercer autoridade de homem, nem ensinar aos homens como vemos em 1ª Timóteo 2:12 “Não permito, porém, que a mulher ensine, nem use de autoridade sobre o marido, …”.
É permitido que a mulher ensine outras mulheres como vemos em Tito 2:4 e 5 “Para que ensinem as mulheres novas a serem prudentes, … a fim de que a palavra de Deus não seja blasfemada.”.
Em relação ao comportamento dentro das igrejas veja o que diz em 1ª Coríntios 14:34-38 “As vossas mulheres estejam caladas nas igrejas; porque não lhes é permitido falar; mas estejam sujeitas, como também ordena a lei. E, se querem aprender alguma coisa, interroguem em casa a seus próprios maridos; … Se alguém cuida ser profeta, ou espiritual, reconheça que as coisas que vos escrevo são MANDAMENTOS DO SENHOR. Mas, se alguém ignora isto, que ignore.”.

What Does the Bible Say About Women in Leadership?
“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” – James 1:22
Regarding the “Christian” woman, the Bible says that a woman should not exercise authority over a man, nor teach men, as we see in 1 Timothy 2:12: “But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, …”.
It is permitted for a woman to teach other women, as we see in Titus 2:4 and 5: “That they may teach the young women to be sober, … that the word of God be not blasphemed.”
Regarding behavior within churches, see what is said in 1 Corinthians 14:34-38: “Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: … If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD.
