Lemos na bíblia em Romanos 13:1
“Toda a alma esteja sujeita às potestades superiores; porque não há potestade que não venha de Deus; e as potestades que há foram ordenadas por Deus.”
Sim, de fato Deus estabelece e depõe os reis, administradores e governantes em todo o mundo. E tem feito isso no decorrer da história da humanidade. Isso não significa dizer que Deus concorda ou discorda com o modo de atuação de todos eles.
O ser humano nasce com o livre arbítrio, que é o poder de decisão sobre ações e omissões que temos durante a vida. Portanto, somos responsáveis por tudo o que fazemos ou deixamos de fazer e, certamente vamos responder pelo que fizemos em vida.
Infelizmente algumas pessoas costumam colocar a culpa em Deus pelo caos que vivemos hoje no mundo. Precisamos entender que, desde que o pecado entrou no mundo, a destruição, o caos, a maldade e todo o tipo de torpeza vem acompanhando a vida. Mas em breve Cristo voltará para buscar sua igreja e fazer justiça. Já pensou aonde você estará quando isso acontecer?

Are All Authorities Established by God?
We read in the bible in Romans 13:1
“Let every soul be in subjection to the higher powers; for there is no power that does not come from God; and the powers that are are ordained of God.”
Yes indeed God establishes and deposes kings, administrators and rulers throughout the world. And it has done so throughout human history. This does not mean to say that God agrees or disagrees with the way they all work.
The human being is born with free will, which is the power to decide on actions and omissions that we have during life. Therefore, we are responsible for everything we do or fail to do, and we will certainly answer for what we did in life.
Unfortunately, some people tend to blame God for the chaos we are experiencing in the world today. We need to understand that since sin entered the world, destruction, chaos, evil and all kinds of turpitude have accompanied life. But soon Christ will return to seek his church and do justice. Have you ever thought about where you will be when that happens?

所有的權柄都是神設立的嗎？
Suǒyǒu de quánbǐng dōu shì shén shèlì de ma?
我們在羅馬書 13:1 中讀到
“讓每個靈魂都服從更高的權力；因為沒有力量不是來自上帝的；以及神所命定的能力。”
是的，上帝確實在世界各地建立並廢黜了國王、行政人員和統治者。它在整個人類歷史中都是如此。這並不意味著上帝同意或不同意他們的工作方式。

Wǒmen zài luómǎ shū 13:1 Zhōng dú dào
“ràng měi gè línghún dōu fúcóng gèng gāo de quánlì; yīnwèi méiyǒu lìliàng bùshì láizì shàngdì de; yǐjí shén suǒ mìngdìng de nénglì.”
Shì de, shàngdì quèshí zài shìjiè gèdì jiànlì bìng fèichùle guówáng, xíngzhèng rényuán hé tǒngzhì zhě. Tā zài zhěnggè rénlèi lìshǐ zhōng dōu shì rúcǐ. Zhè bìng bù yìwèizhe shàngdì tóngyì huò bù tóngyì tāmen de gōngzuò fāngshì.
Rénlèi shēng lái jiù yǒu zìyóu yìzhì, zhè shì juédìng wǒmen yīshēng zhōng de zuòwéi hé bùzuòwéi de quánlì. Yīncǐ, wǒmen yào wèi wǒmen suǒ zuò huò wèi zuò de yīqiè fùzé, wǒmen yīdìng huì wèi wǒmen zài shēnghuó zhōng suǒ zuò de yīqiè fùzé.
Bùxìng de shì, yǒuxiē rén qīngxiàng yú jiāng wǒmen jīntiān zài shìjiè shàng suǒ jīnglì de hǔnluàn guījiù yú shàngdì. Wǒmen xūyào míngbái, zìcóng zuì jìnrù zhège shìjiè, huǐmiè, hǔnluàn, xié’è hé gèzhǒng duòluò jiù bànsuízhe shēngmìng. Dàn hěn kuài jīdū jiù huì huílái xúnzhǎo tā de jiàohuì bìng shēnzhāng zhèngyì. Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiǎng guòdàng zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng fāshēng shí nǐ huì zài nǎlǐ?

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
