“… tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai.”
A bíblia nos orienta a sermos transformados pela renovação da nossa mente. Mas afinal de contas, como posso renovar a minha mente? Veja o versículo do início deste artigo. Se você convive com a negatividade, busca diariamente as notícias ruins, mortes, roubos, assassinatos, estupros, inflação, pobreza, etc, isso vai trazer cada vez mais negatividade ao seu coração.
Nossa mente pode ser disciplinada de acordo com o alimento que damos a ela. Pessoas terríveis que já haviam sido colocadas fora da sociedade, assassinos, estupradores, traficantes, ao serem colocados para fazerem serviço social e ajudarem pessoas necessitadas, conseguiram se ressocializar. Sabe porque isso ocorreu? Eles passaram a conviver com pessoas doentes, desenganadas pela vida, passaram a ver a pior face do sofrimento humano e perceberam que podem fazer o bem e trazer alívio para a dor.
Quando ajudamos o próximo, não só estamos fazendo aquilo que Cristo nos orientou: “amar a Deus sobre todas as coisas e ao próximo como a ti mesmo”; mas também passamos a ser solidários quando vemos de perto o sofrimento que podemos causar e, ao mesmo tempo, o alívio que podemos proporcionar àqueles que sofrem. Você pode proporcionar alívio e enxergar a beleza e a alegria que o mundo tem para oferecer. Basta ajudar o próximo. Transforme a negatividade em positividade com suas boas ações.

I can only see the negative side, what to do?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:8
“… whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is any praise , that I thought.”
The bible guides us to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. But after all, how can I renew my mind? See the verse at the beginning of this article. If you live with negativity, look for bad news daily, deaths, robberies, murders, rapes, inflation, poverty, etc., this will bring more and more negativity to your heart.
Our mind can be disciplined according to the food we give it. Terrible people who had already been placed out of society, murderers, rapists, drug dealers, by being placed to do social service and help people in need, managed to re-socialize. Do you know why this happened? They started to live with sick people, disillusioned by life, they started to see the worst face of human suffering and realized that they can do good and bring relief to pain.
When we help others, we are not only doing what Christ instructed us to do: “love God above all things and your neighbor as yourself”; but we also become sympathetic when we see up close the suffering we can cause and, at the same time, the relief we can provide to those who suffer. You can provide relief and see the beauty and joy the world has to offer. Just help the next. Transform negativity into positivity with your good deeds.

Shèngjīng yǐndǎo wǒmen jízhe xīnyì gēngxīn ér biànhuà. Dàn bìjìng, wǒ zěnyàng cáinéng gēngxīn wǒ de sīxiǎng ne? Qǐng cānyuè běnwén kāitóu de jīng wén. Rúguǒ nǐ shēnghuó zài xiāojí zhī zhōng, měitiān dū zài xúnzhǎo huài xiāoxī, sǐwáng, qiǎngjié, móushā, qiángjiān, tōnghuò péngzhàng, pínkùn děng, zhèhuì gěi nǐ de nèixīn dài lái yuè lái yuè duō de xiāojí qíngxù.
Wǒmen de sīxiǎng kěyǐ gēnjù wǒmen gěi tā de shíwù ér shòudào xùnliàn. Yǐjīng bèi páichú zài shèhuì zhī wài de kěpà de rén, xiōngshǒu, qiángjiān fàn, dúfàn, tōngguò bèi ānpái cóngshì shèhuì fúwù hé bāngzhù yǒu xūyào de rén, shèfǎ chóngxīn shèjiāo. Nǐ zhīdào wèishéme huì zhèyàng ma? Tāmen kāishǐ yǔ bìngrén yīqǐ shēnghuó, duì shēnghuó de huànxiǎng pòmièle, tāmen kāishǐ kàn dào rénlèi kǔnàn zuì zāogāo de yīmiàn, bìng yìshí dào tāmen kěyǐ zuò hǎoshì bìng jiǎnqīng tòngkǔ.
Dāng wǒmen bāngzhù tārén shí, wǒmen bùjǐn zài zuò jīdū zhǐshì wǒmen zuò de shì:“Ài shén shèngguò yīqiè, àirén rú jǐ”; dànshì, dāng wǒmen jìn jùlí kàn dào wǒmen kěnéng zàochéng de tòngkǔ, tóngshí kàn dào wǒmen kěyǐ wéi shòukǔ zhě tígōng de jiùjì shí, wǒmen yě huì biàn dé tóngqíng. Nín kěyǐ tígōng jiětuō, bìng kàn dào shìjiè suǒ tígōng dì měilì hé kuàilè. Zhǐshì bāngzhù xià. Yòng nǐ de shànxíng jiāng xiāojí zhuǎnhuà wéi jījí.
