Lemos na bíblia em Romanos 13:1
“Toda a alma esteja sujeita às autoridades superiores; porque não há autoridade que não venha de Deus; e as autoridades que há foram ordenadas por Deus.”
A bíblia só traz uma exceção em obedecer a autoridade que é quando somos forçados a fazer algo que a palavra de Deus condena e vemos em Atos 5:29 “… Mais importa obedecer a Deus do que aos homens.”. Fora isso, devemos obedecer às autoridades pois todas as que existem foram permitidas por Deus.
Vamos ver a continuação de Romanos 13 para ficar claro a vontade de Deus em relação às autoridades. Romanos 13:2-7 “Por isso quem resiste à autoridade resiste à ordenação de Deus; e os que resistem trarão sobre si mesmos a condenação. Porque os juízes não são terror para as boas obras, mas para as más. … Portanto é necessário que lhe estejais sujeitos, não somente pelo castigo, mas também pela consciência, … Portanto, dai a cada um o que deveis: a quem tributo, tributo; a quem imposto, imposto; a quem temor, temor; a quem honra, honra.“
Mais uma vez precisamos lembrar que o limite para a obediência a qualquer autoridade é a palavra de Deus. Se o que for fazer não for contra a vontade de Deus não há problema em cumprir a orientação da autoridade.

If a Law is Wrong, Should I Obey It Anyway?
We read in the bible in Romans 13:1
“Let every soul be subject to the superior authorities; for there is no authority that does not come from God; and the authorities that are are ordained of God.”
The bible only makes one exception in obeying authority and that is when we are forced to do something that the word of God condemns and we see in Acts 5:29 “…it is more important to obey God than men.”. Other than that, we must obey the authorities because all that exist were allowed by God.
Let’s see the continuation of Romans 13 to make clear the will of God in relation to the authorities. Romans 13:2-7 “Therefore whoever resists authority resists the ordinance of God; and those who resist will bring condemnation upon themselves. For judges are not a terror to good works, but to bad ones. … Therefore you must be subject to him, not only by punishment, but also by conscience…… Therefore, give to each one what ye owe: to whom tribute, tribute; to whom tax, tax; to whom fear, fear; whom honor, honor.”
Once again we need to remember that the limit for obedience to any authority is the word of God. If what you are going to do is not against God’s will, it’s okay to follow the authority’s direction.

Rúguǒ fǎlǜ shì cuòwù de, wǒ yīnggāi zūnshǒu tā ma?
我們在羅馬書 13:1 中讀到
“讓每個靈魂都服從上級權威；因為沒有權柄不是出於上帝的；和上帝所設立的權威。”
聖經只在服從權威方面做了一個例外，那就是當我們被迫做上帝的話譴責的事情時，我們在使徒行傳 5:29 中看到“……服從上帝比服從人更重要。”。除此之外，我們必須服從權威，因為所有存在的都是上帝允許的。
讓我們看羅馬書第 13 章的延續，以闡明上帝對掌權者的旨意。羅馬書 13:2-7 “所以，凡抗拒掌權的，就是抗拒神的命；抗拒的人必自責。因為法官不是對善行的恐懼，而是對惡行的恐懼。 ……所以你必須服從他，不僅是懲罰，而且是良心……所以，把你所欠的給每個人：向誰進貢，進貢；向誰徵稅、徵稅；對誰恐懼，恐懼；誰的榮譽，榮譽。”

Shèngjīng zhǐ zài fúcóng quánwēi fāngmiàn zuòle yīgè lìwài, nà jiùshì dāng wǒmen bèi pò zuò shàngdì dehuà qiǎnzé de shìqíng shí, wǒmen zài shǐtú xíng chuán 5:29 Zhòng kàn dào “…… Fúcóng shàngdì bǐ fúcóng rén gèng zhòngyào.”. Chú cǐ zhī wài, wǒmen bìxū fúcóng quánwēi, yīn wéi suǒyǒu cúnzài de dōu shì shàngdì yǔnxǔ de.
Ràng wǒmen kàn luómǎ shū dì 13 zhāng de yánxù, yǐ chǎnmíng shàngdì duì zhǎngquán zhě de zhǐyì. Luómǎ shū 13:2-7 “Suǒyǐ, fán kàngjù zhǎngquán de, jiùshì kàngjù shén de mìng; kàngjù de rén bì zìzé. Yīnwèi fǎguān bùshì duì shànxíng de kǒngjù, ér shì duì è xíng de kǒngjù. ……Suǒyǐ nǐ bìxū fúcóng tā, bùjǐn shì chéngfá, érqiě shì liángxīn……suǒyǐ, bǎ nǐ suǒ qiàn de gěi měi gèrén: Xiàng shuí jìngòng, jìngòng; xiàng shuí zhǐ shuì, zhǐ shuì; duì shuí kǒngjù, kǒngjù; shuí de róngyù, róngyù.”
Wǒmen xūyào zàicì jì zhù, fúcóng rènhé quánwēi de xiàndù shì shàngdì de huàyǔ. Rúguǒ nǐ yào zuò de shìqíng bù wéibèi shén de zhǐyì, ànzhào quánwēi de zhǐshì qù zuò shì kěyǐ de.

Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
