Definitivamente não. A religião nem a religiosidade pode salvar ninguém. Portanto não precisa ser extremista religioso para ser salvo, não precisa ir todos os dias a igreja, não precisa fazer parte dos grupos de oração, nenhum esforço humano é capaz de assegurar a salvação.
A salvação vem de Deus, é pela graça e não por merecimento como lemos em Efésios 2:8 e 9 “Porque pela graça sois salvos, por meio da fé; e isto não vem de vós, é dom de Deus. Não vem das obras, para que ninguém se glorie;“.
Então você pode me perguntar: Basta crer em Deus e em seu filho Jesus Cristo? É simples assim? Exatamente, basta crer. Simples assim.
Não se esqueça de que, crer em Deus significa entender que Ele é o seu criador, dono e autor da vida. Precisamos entender também que, após crermos verdadeiramente não nos tornamos santos e também não seremos perfeitos mas, a partir deste momento, temos a ajuda de Deus na luta contra o pecado e contra o inimigo de nossas almas satanás.

Can Religion Save?
We read in the Bible in John 5:24
