“E por isso procuro sempre ter uma consciência sem ofensa, tanto para com Deus como para com os homens.”
Quando pecamos somos alertados imediatamente pelo Espírito Santo de Deus que habita em nós cristãos. Muitas pessoas chamam isso de consciência. Se não confessarmos nossos pecados a Deus e permanecermos no erro, seremos cobrados por isso constantemente. O pensamento de que algo está errado e precisa ser resolvido ou ficará em nossa mente até que façamos o que é correto.
O segredo para se ter uma consciência tranquila é não dever nada a ninguém, especialmente a Deus. Se você se sente atormentado com seus pensamentos, tente seguir a seguinte sequência:
• Confesse a Deus seus pecados – ore ao Senhor e diga o que fez, se arrependa;
• Peça perdão a quem ofendeu – vá direto a pessoa e assuma seu erro;
• Repare o estrago feito – se coloque a disposição para construir o que foi destruído;
• Se errou publicamente o acerto deve ser feito publicamente também;
• Pague suas dívidas – ainda que demore, trabalhe nisso.
O simples fato de estar trabalhando nestes pontos acima fará com que sua mente descanse, sabendo que está fazendo a coisa certa. Veja o que diz em Filipenses 4:9 O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco. Pense nisso e tome as atitudes corretas.

What is the Secret to having a Peaceful Conscience?
We read in the bible in Acts 24:16
“And that is why I always try to have a conscience without offense, both towards God and towards men.”
When we sin, we are immediately alerted by the Holy Spirit of God who dwells in us Christians. Many people call this consciousness. If we do not confess our sins to God and remain in error, we will be constantly charged for it. The thought that something is wrong and needs to be fixed or will stay in our mind until we do what is right.
The secret to having a clear conscience is to owe nothing to anyone, especially God. If you feel tormented by your thoughts, try the following sequence:
• Confess your sins to God – pray to the Lord and say what you did, repent;
• Ask forgiveness from the offended person – go straight to the person and admit your mistake;
• Repair the damage done – make yourself available to build what was destroyed;
• If you made a public mistake, the adjustment must be made publicly as well;
• Pay your debts – even if it takes time, work on it.
Simply working on these points above will put your mind at ease knowing that you are doing the right thing. See what it says in Philippians 4:9 What you also learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you. Think about it and take the right actions.

Wǒmen zài shǐtú xíng chuán 24:16 Zhōng dú dào shèngjīng
“zhè jiùshì wèishéme wǒ zǒng shì shìtú yǒu yīgè méiyǒu màofàn de liángxīn, wúlùn shì duì shàngdì háishì duì rén.”
Dāng wǒmen fànzuì shí, wǒmen huì lìjí bèi zhù zài wǒmen jīdū tú lǐmiàn de shàngdì de shènglíng jǐnggào. Hěnduō rénchēng zhī wéi yìshí. Rúguǒ wǒmen bù xiàng shàngdì chéngrèn wǒmen de zuì bìng jìxù fàncuò, wǒmen jiāng bùduàn wèi cǐ shòudào zhǐkòng. Zài wǒmen zuò zhèngquè de shìqíng zhīqián, rènwéi mǒu xiē shìqíng shì cuòwù de bìngqiě xūyào xiūfù huò jiāng liú zài wǒmen de nǎohǎi zhōng de xiǎngfǎ.
Liángxīn wúkuì de mìjué shì bù qiàn rènhé rén, yóuqí shì shàngdì. Rúguǒ nín duì zìjǐ de xiǎngfǎ gǎndào tòngkǔ, qǐng chángshì yǐxià shùnxù:
• Xiàng shén rènzuì——xiàng zhǔ dǎogào, shuō chū nǐ de suǒzuò suǒwéi, huǐgǎi;
• xiàng bèi màofàn de rén qǐngqiú yuánliàng——zhíjiē qù zhǎo bèi màofàn de rén chéngrèn nǐ de cuòwù;
• xiūfù yǐ zàochéng de sǔnhài——ràng zìjǐ kěyǐ jiànzào bèi huǐhuài de dōngxī;
• rúguǒ nín fànle gōngkāi cuòwù, yě bìxū gōngkāi jìnxíng tiáozhěng;
• chánghuán zhàiwù——jíshǐ xūyào shíjiān, yě yào nǔlì.
Zhǐ xū zài shàngmiàn de zhèxiē diǎn shàng gōngzuò, jiù huì ràng nín fàngxīn, yīnwèi nín zhīdào zìjǐ zài zuò zhèngquè de shìqíng. Kàn kàn féi lì bǐ shū 4:9 Nǐ zài wǒ shēnshang xué dào de, lǐngshòu de, tīngdào de, kàn dào de, dōu shì zhèyàng shuō de; cì píng’ān dì shén bì yǔ nǐ tóng zài. Kǎolǜ yīxià bìng cǎiqǔ zhèngquè de xíngdòng.

Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
