“Vós, filhos, sede obedientes a vossos pais no Senhor, porque isto é justo. Honra a teu pai e a tua mãe, que é o primeiro mandamento com promessa; Para que te vá bem, e vivas muito tempo sobre a terra.”
Existem filhos que destratam seus pais e acreditam que Deus não está registrando seus atos. Pensam que estão realmente cumprindo a vontade de Deus mas não honram pai e mãe. Veja então o que diz em 1ª Timóteo 5:8 “Mas, se alguém não tem cuidado dos seus, e principalmente dos da sua família, negou a fé, e é pior do que o infiel.”.
Se você não cuida de sua família, se trata mal seus pais, você está numa situação inferior ao ímpio e serve como um terrível testemunho negando a fé, que ordena que você honre a pai e a mãe e, cuide de sua família.
Muitas pessoas que ignoram e evitam ajudar seus pais viverão uma vida miserável ainda que tenham posses nunca estarão satisfeitas, sempre faltará algo. Negando a fé em Cristo, não poderão alcançar a salvação. Lembre-se que seus pais cuidaram de você quando você não tinha condições nem mesmo de se alimentar. Te protegeram do frio, te deram um teto, alimento, cuidado e proteção. Quando chegar a sua vez de cuidar deles, esteja lá. Um dia você também vai precisar.

What is the Role of Children According to the Bible?
We read in the bible in Ephesians 6:1-3
“You children, be obedient to your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor thy father and thy mother, which is the first commandment with promise; That it may go well with you, and that you may live a long time on earth.”
There are children who mistreat their parents and believe that God is not recording their actions. They think they are really fulfilling God’s will but they don’t honor their father and mother. See then what it says in 1st Timothy 5:8 “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
If you don’t take care of your family, if you treat your parents badly, you are in a situation below the ungodly and you serve as a terrible witness denying the faith, which commands you to honor your father and mother and take care of your family.
Many people who ignore and avoid helping their parents will live a miserable life even if they have possessions they will never be satisfied, something will always be lacking. Denying faith in Christ, they cannot attain salvation. Remember that your parents took care of you when you couldn’t even afford to eat. They protected you from the cold, gave you a roof, food, care and protection. When it’s your turn to take care of them, be there. One day you will too.

Wǒmen zài yǐ fú suǒ shū 6:1-3 Zhōng dú dào
“háizimen, nǐmen yào zài zhǔ lǐ shùnfú fùmǔ, yīnwèi zhè shì duì de. Xiàojìng fùmǔ, zhè shì dì yī tiáo dài yīngxǔ de jiè mìng; yuàn nǐ yīqiè shùnlì, yuàn nǐ zài shìshàng huó dé chángjiǔ.”
Yǒuxiē háizi nüèdài fùmǔ, rènwéi shàngdì méiyǒu jìlù tāmen de xíngwéi. Tāmen rènwéi tāmen zhēn de zài zūnxíng shàngdì de zhǐyì, dàn tāmen bù zūnzhòng tāmen de fùmǔ. Qǐng kàn tí mó tài qián shū 5:8 Zhōng suǒ shuō de:“Ruò yǒurén bù wéi zìjǐ de, tèbié shì wèi tā jiālǐ de rén, tā jiùshì bèiqìle xìnyǎng, bǐ bùxìn de rén hái huài.”

Fǒurèn duì jīdū de xìnyǎng, tāmen jiù wúfǎ huòdé jiù ēn. Qǐng jì zhù, dāng nín lián fàn dōu chī bù qǐ shí, nín de fùmǔ huì zhàogù nín. Tāmen bǎohù nǐ miǎn shòu hánlěng, gěi nǐ yīgè wūdǐng, shíwù, zhàogù hé bǎohù. Dāng lún dào nǐ zhàogù tāmen shí, jiù zài nà’er. Yǒu yītiān nǐ yě huì.
