Vemos qual a consequência prática da religião na vida das pessoas em Tiago 1:27 “A religião pura e imaculada para com Deus e Pai, é esta: Visitar os órfãos e as viúvas nas suas tribulações, e guardar-se da corrupção do mundo.”. Cristo resume toda a lei e os profetas em amar a Deus sobre todas as coisas e ao próximo como a si mesmo.
É possível fazer o que Cristo disse e, praticar a bondade sem crer em Deus? A resposta é não. O ser humano não é capaz, sem a ação do Espírito Santo de Deus, de amar a Deus e ao próximo. Não somos capazes de praticar o bem sem a ação de Deus em nossas vidas.
Para ir ao Pai, Jesus é fundamental, não há outro caminho. Portanto, apesar de não ser politicamente correto, a única religião verdadeira é o cristianismo. Todas as outras religiões vão prometer a salvação pelas obras que você mesmo fizer, mas na verdade, somos salvos pelo sacrifício de Cristo e, nada do que fizermos pode superar ou substituir isso.

What is the True Religion?
We read in the bible in John 14:6
“Jesus said to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.”
We see the practical consequence of religion in people’s lives in James 1:27 “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. ”. Christ sums up all the law and the prophets in loving God above all things and your neighbor as yourself.
Is it possible to do what Christ said and practice goodness without believing in God? The answer is no. The human being is not able, without the action of the Holy Spirit of God, to love God and neighbor. We are not able to do good without God’s action in our lives.
To go to the Father, Jesus is fundamental, there is no other way. So, despite not being politically correct, the only true religion is Christianity. All other religions will promise salvation by the works you do yourself, but in fact, we are saved by the sacrifice of Christ, and nothing we can do can overcome or replace that.
