“Ninguém que milita se embaraça com negócios desta vida, a fim de agradar àquele que o alistou para a guerra.”
Cristo se submeteu às autoridades até a morte. Foi capturado pelos sacerdotes Anás e Caifás, entregue ao prefeito Pôncio Pilatos para ser chicoteado, torturado e morto crucificado. Em nenhum momento Jesus orientou manifestações ou sequer a participação de nenhum de seus discípulos na política. A missão deles era pregar o evangelho e se separar da corrupção deste mundo.
Alguns cristãos acreditam que é necessário “falar de política hoje para não ser proibido de falar de Jesus amanhã”. Isso é um engano. É Deus quem garante a pregação do evangelho. Por milênios a Palavra de Deus foi e é divulgada por milhões de pessoas. Apesar de toda a morte, tortura e perseguições, Deus continua garantindo que o evangelho do reino será pregado em todo o mundo até o fim dos tempos.
Sua participação na política não determina absolutamente nada sobre o direito de falar de Deus. Vale lembrar que, mesmo em países que punem a pregação do evangelho com pena de morte, existem centenas de pessoas que permanecem levando a verdade. Por que isso acontece? Deus é soberano sobre tudo e sobre todos. O ser humano pode até tentar, mas nem uma vírgula da palavra de Deus deixará de ser pregada a toda a humanidade. Enquanto isso, ore pelo País e pelas autoridades, todas elas!

What is the Christian's Position in Politics?
We read in the bible in 2nd Timothy 2:4
“No one who militates entangles himself in the affairs of this life, in order to please him who enlisted him for war.”
Christ submitted to the authorities until death. He was captured by the priests Annas and Caiaphas, handed over to the prefect Pontius Pilate to be whipped, tortured and crucified to death. At no time did Jesus direct demonstrations or even the participation of any of his disciples in politics. Their mission was to preach the gospel and separate themselves from the corruption of this world.
Some Christians believe that it is necessary to “talk about politics today so as not to be forbidden to talk about Jesus tomorrow”. This is a mistake. It is God who guarantees the preaching of the gospel. For millennia the Word of God was and is spread by millions of people. Despite all the death, torture and persecution, God continues to guarantee that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the world until the end of time.
Your participation in politics determines absolutely nothing about your right to speak of God. It is worth remembering that even in countries that punish the preaching of the gospel with the death penalty, there are hundreds of people who remain taking the truth. Why does it happen? God is sovereign over everything and everyone. The human being can even try, but not a single comma of the word of God will stop being preached to all humanity. In the meantime, pray for the Country and the authorities, all of them!

Jīdū shùnfú dāngquán zhě, zhídào sǐ. Tā bèi shénfù yǎ nà hé gāi yà fǎ fúlǔ, jiāo gěi shěng zhǎng běn diū bǐ lā duō biānchī, zhémó bìng dīng sǐ zài shízìjià shàng. Yēsū cónglái méiyǒu zhíjiē shìwēi, shènzhì méiyǒu ràng tā de rènhé méntú cānyù zhèngzhì. Tāmen de shǐmìng shì chuán fúyīn, shǐ zìjǐ yuǎnlí zhège shìjiè de fǔbài.
Yīxiē jīdū tú rènwéi yǒu bìyào “jīntiān tánlùn zhèngzhì, yǐmiǎn míngtiān bèi jìnzhǐ tánlùn yēsū”. Zhè shìgè cuòwù. Shì shén bǎozhèng chuán fúyīn. Jǐ qiān nián lái, shàngdì dehuàyǔ yīzhí bèi shù bǎi wàn rén chuánbò. Jǐnguǎn yǒu suǒyǒu de sǐwáng, zhémó hé pòhài, shàngdì réngrán bǎozhèng tiānguó de fúyīn huì chuán biàn quán shìjiè, zhídào shíjiān de jìntóu.
Nǐ cānyù zhèngzhì juéduì bù huì juédìng nǐ tánlùn shàngdì de quánlì. Zhídé jì zhù de shì, jíshǐ zài yǐ sǐxíng chéngfá chuán fúyīn de guójiā, réng yǒushù bǎirén réng zài jiēshòu zhēnlǐ. Wèishéme huì fāshēng? Shàngdì duì yīqiè hé měi gèrén dōu yǒngyǒu zhǔquán. Rénlèi shènzhì kěyǐ chángshì, dàn shén de huà méiyǒu yīgè dòuhào huì tíngzhǐ xiàng quán rénlèi xuānjiǎng. Yǔ cǐ tóngshí, wèi guójiā hé dāngjú qídǎo, suǒyǒu rén!
