Lemos na bíblia em Gálatas 5:22
“Mas o fruto do Espírito é: amor, alegria, paz, paciência, amabilidade, bondade, fé, mansidão, domínio próprio.”
Amor: É mais do que um sentimento é uma decisão. Tanto que na bíblia vemos a ordenança de amarmos até mesmo os nossos inimigos. Sem Deus no coração é impossível amar de verdade. Vale lembrar que paixão não é amor. Paixão é sentimento e amor é decisão.
Alegria: Viver alegre ou feliz mesmo estando sob pressão ou passando por dor ou sofrimento. O cristão passará por aflições aqui na terra, mas temos a certeza da vitória ao final, isso nos faz alegres, saber que apesar das dificuldades do tempo presente, nada pode ser comparado a glória de passarmos a eternidade com o Senhor no paraíso.
Paz: A tranquilidade até mesmo em meio a tempestade. Estar tranquilo e sereno enquanto muitos estão desesperados. Ainda mais nos tempos em que vivemos é cada vez mais difícil encontrarmos paz, mas a paz do cristão vem da fé que ele tem em Cristo de que a tempestade vai passar e que o choro pode até durar uma noite mas, a alegria virá pela manhã.
Paciência: Neste tempo de velocidade onde as pessoas querem tudo de forma imediata, ter paciência as vezes pode ser confundido com não fazer nada. Temos sim nossas obrigações mas precisamos entender que, quando não podemos resolver uma questão, precisamos entregar a Deus e confiar que Ele fará o melhor no tempo certo. Há tempo para todas as coisas debaixo do céu.
Amabilidade: Só quem tem o amor de Deus vivendo dentro de si consegue ser verdadeiramente amável com as pessoas. Só é possível expressar com solidez aquilo que temos dentro de nós. Se você está cheio de amor, sua boca falará coisas boas e amáveis, ao contrário daqueles que só abrem a boca para dar notícias de desgraças.
Bondade: A vontade de fazer bem aqueles que estão em situação de necessidade vem do amor ao próximo. Que também é um fruto de ter o Espírito Santo de Deus vivendo dentro de si. Não há necessidade de esforço para executar boas obras e ser bom verdadeiramente, é uma consequência natural de ter aceitado a Cristo em seu coração.
Fé: A fé vem pelo ouvir e ouvir da palavra de Deus. Fé é a certeza e a convicção daquilo que não vemos. Esperamos em Deus que pode todas as coisas e nada lhe é impossível. Portanto, somente pela fé conseguimos alcançar o que para nós seria impossível.
Mansidão: O manso é aquele que se coloca tranquilo em meio ao conflito. Aquele que não entra em desespero e nem se abala com as circunstâncias por pior que pareçam ser. Ser manso não significa ficar parado e não tomar atitude. Ser manso significa não se desesperar e agir com a certeza de que Deus também está agindo a seu favor. Se Deus é por nós, quem será contra nós?
Domínio Próprio: É muito difícil ter controle sobre si mesmo, ainda mais em situações que desafiam nossa carne a tomar atitudes explosivas. Mas Deus opera em nós o controle de nossos sentimentos para que possamos agir da maneira mais correta, de forma que não venhamos a nos arrepender do que fizermos depois.

What are the Fruits of the Spirit?
We read in the bible in Galatians 5:22
“But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, self-control.”
Love: It’s more than a feeling it’s a decision. So much so that in the bible we see the ordinance to love even our enemies. Without God in the heart it is impossible to truly love. Remember that passion is not love. Passion is feeling and love is decision.
Joy: Living joyfully or happily despite being under pressure or experiencing pain or suffering. The Christian will go through afflictions here on earth, but we are sure of victory in the end, it makes us happy, knowing that despite the difficulties of the present time, nothing can be compared to the glory of spending eternity with the Lord in paradise.
Peace: The tranquility even in the midst of the storm. To be calm and serene while many are desperate. Even more in the times we live in, it is increasingly difficult to find peace, but the peace of the Christian comes from the faith he has in Christ that the storm will pass and that the crying may even last a night but joy will come in the morning .
Patience: In this time of speed where people want everything right away, having patience can sometimes be confused with doing nothing. We do have our obligations but we need to understand that when we can’t solve an issue, we need to surrender to God and trust that He will do the best in the right time. There is time for all things under heaven.
Kindness: Only those who have the love of God living within them can be truly kind to people. It is only possible to express with solidity what we have inside us. If you are full of love, your mouth will speak good and kind things, unlike those who only open their mouths to give news of misfortunes.
Kindness: The will to do good to those who are in need comes from love for others. Which is also a fruit of having the Holy Spirit of God living within you. There is no need for effort to perform good works and to be truly good is a natural consequence of having accepted Christ in your heart.
Faith: Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Faith is the certainty and conviction of what we do not see. We hope in God who can do all things and nothing is impossible for him. Therefore, only by faith can we achieve what would be impossible for us.
Meekness: The meek is the one who is calm in the midst of conflict. The one who doesn’t go into despair and doesn’t even shake with circumstances no matter how bad they seem to be. Being meek doesn’t mean standing still and not taking action. To be meek means not to despair and act with the certainty that God is also working in your favor. If God is for us, who can be against us?
Self-Control: It is very difficult to have control over yourself, especially in situations that challenge our flesh to take explosive actions. But God works in us to control our feelings so that we can act in the most correct way, so that we do not regret what we do later.

Shènglíng de guǒzi shì shénme?
我們讀到加拉太書 5:22
“但聖靈所結的果子是：仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信心、溫柔、自製。”
愛：這不僅僅是一種感覺，更是一個決定。如此之多，以至於我們在聖經中看到了要愛我們的敵人的教儀。心中沒有上帝，就不可能真正愛。請記住，激情不是愛。激情是感覺，愛是決定。
快樂：儘管承受壓力或經歷痛苦或苦難，但仍快樂或快樂地生活。基督徒在地上會經歷患難，但我們有把握最終得勝，這讓我們快樂，知道儘管現在的困難，沒有什麼能比得上在天堂與主共度永恆的榮耀.

Wǒmen dú dào jiā lā tài shū 5:22
“Dàn shènglíng suǒ jié de guǒzi shì: Rén’ài, xǐlè, hépíng, rěnnài, ēncí, liáng shàn, xìnxīn, wēnróu, zìzhì.”
Ài: Zhè bùjǐn jǐn shì yīzhǒng gǎnjué, gèng shì yīgè juédìng. Rúcǐ zhī duō, yǐ zhìyú wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhòng kàn dàole yào ài wǒmen de dírén de jiào yí. Xīnzhōng méiyǒu shàngdì, jiù bù kěnéng zhēnzhèng ài. Qǐng jì zhù, jīqíng bùshì ài. Jīqíng shì gǎnjué, ài shì juédìng.

Jīdū tú zài dìshàng huì jīnglì huànnàn, dàn wǒmen yǒu bǎwò zuìzhōng déshèng, zhè ràng wǒmen kuàilè, zhīdào jǐnguǎn xiànzài de kùnnán, méiyǒu shé me néng bǐ dé shàng zài tiāntáng yǔ zhǔ gòngdù yǒnghéng de róngyào.
Hépíng: Jíshǐ zài bàofēngyǔ zhōng dì níngjìng. Zài xǔduō rén juéwàng shí bǎochí lěngjìng hé ānxiáng. Gèng hékuàng zài wǒmen shēnghuó de zhège shídài, yào zhǎodào píng’ān yuè lái yuè nán, dàn jīdū tú de píng’ān láizì yú tā duì jīdū de xìnyǎng, jí bàofēngyǔ huì guòqù, kūqì kěnéng huì chíxù yīyè, dàn xǐ yuè huì jiànglín zǎoshang.
Nàixīn: Zài zhège rénmen xiǎng yào mǎshàng dédào yīqiè de gāosù shídài, yǒu nàixīn yǒu shí huì yǔ shénme dōu bù zuò xiāng hùnxiáo. Wǒmen quèshí yǒu yìwù, dàn wǒmen xūyào míngbái, dāng wǒmen wúfǎ jiějué wèntí shí, wǒmen xūyào xiàng shàngdì tóuxiáng, bìng xiāngxìn tā huì zài zhèngquè de shíjiān zuò zuì hǎo de shìqíng. Tiānxià wànwù dōu yǒu shíjiān.
Réncí: Zhǐyǒu nèixīn yǒu shén de ài, cáinéng zhēnzhèng duì rén réncí. Zhǐyǒu jiāndìng dì biǎodá wǒmen nèixīn de dōngxī cái shì kěnéng de. Rúguǒ nǐ chōngmǎn ài, nǐ de zuǐ huì shuō hǎo huà hé shànyì dehuà, bù xiàng nàxiē zhǐ zhāngzuǐ gàosù bùxìng de rén.
Réncí: Duì yǒu xūyào de rén xíngshàn de yìyuàn láizì yú duì tārén de ài. Zhè yěshì ràng shàngdì de shènglíng zhù zài nǐ lǐmiàn de guǒzi. Bù xūyào nǔlì qù xíngshàn, zhēnzhèng de shàn shì zài nǐ xīnzhōng jiēshòu jīdū de zìrán jiéguǒ.
Xìnxīn: Xìnxīn láizì língtīng hé língtīng shén de huàyǔ. Xìnxīn shì wǒmen kàn bù dào de dōngxī dí quèdìng xìng hé xìnniàn. Wǒmen xīwàng shàngdì néng zuò suǒyǒu de shì, duì tā lái shuō méiyǒu shé me shì bù kěnéng de. Yīncǐ, zhǐyǒu píngzhe xìnxīn, wǒmen cáinéng shíxiàn duì wǒmen lái shuō bu kěnéng de shìqíng.
Wēnshùn: Wēnshùn shì zài chōngtú zhōng bǎochí lěngjìng de rén. Yīgè bù huì xiànrù juéwàng, shènzhì bù huì yīn huánjìng ér dòngyáo de rén, wúlùn qíngkuàng kàn qǐlái duōme zāogāo. Wēnróu bìng bù yìwèizhe zhànzhe bùdòng ér bù cǎiqǔ xíngdòng. Wēnróu yìwèizhe bùyào juéwàng, bìng quèxìn shàngdì yě zài wèi nǐ gōngzuò. Rúguǒ shàngdì zhīchí wǒmen, shuí néng fǎnduì wǒmen?
Zìwǒ kòngzhì: Hěn nán kòngzhì zìjǐ, yóuqí shì zài tiǎozhàn wǒmen de ròutǐ cǎiqǔ bàozhàxìng xíngdòng de qíngkuàng xià. Dànshì shàngdì zài wǒmen lǐmiàn gōngzuò, kòngzhì wǒmen de gǎnjué, zhèyàng wǒmen cáinéng yǐ zuì zhèngquè de fāngshì xíngshì, zhèyàng wǒmen jiù bù huì hòuhuǐ wǒmen yǐhòu de suǒzuò suǒwéi.
