Lemos na bíblia em Salmos 32:3
“Quando eu guardei silêncio, envelheceram os meus ossos pelo meu bramido em todo o dia.”
As duas primeiras perguntas que precisamos responder é se realmente devemos confessar nossos pecados e, para quem precisamos confessá-los.
Vemos em 1ª João 1:8 e 9 “Se dissermos que não temos pecado, enganamo-nos a nós mesmos, e não há verdade em nós. Se confessarmos os nossos pecados, ele é fiel e justo para nos perdoar os pecados, e nos purificar de toda a injustiça.”.
Ou seja, a primeira coisa é reconhecer que somos pecadores e que temos pecados a confessar, depois sim, precisamos sim confessar os nossos pecados e, temos que confessá-los a Deus que é o único fiel e justo para nos perdoar.
A bíblia afirma que temos consequências por não confessar nossos pecados como lemos em Provérbios 28:13 “O que encobre as suas transgressões nunca prosperará, mas o que as confessa e deixa, alcançará misericórdia.”.
Algumas pessoas podem também confessar seus pecados uns aos outros como vemos em Tiago 5:16 “Confessai as vossas culpas uns aos outros, e orai uns pelos outros, para que sareis. A oração feita por um justo pode muito em seus efeitos.”.
Contudo precisamos entender que não devemos confessar nossos pecados a qualquer um, precisa ser um irmão em Cristo, ou seja um cristão verdadeiro e, precisamos orar uns pelos outros para que nossos objetivos sejam alcançados.

Do I need to confess my sins?
We read in the bible in Psalm 32:3
“When I kept silent, my bones aged by my roaring all day.”
The first two questions we need to answer are whether we really should confess our sins and to whom we need to confess them.
We see in 1st John 1:8 and 9 “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and there is no truth in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
That is, the first thing is to recognize that we are sinners and that we have sins to confess, then yes, we need to confess our sins and we have to confess them to God who is the only faithful and just to forgive us.
The bible states that we have consequences for not confessing our sins as we read in Proverbs 28:13 “He who covers his transgressions will never prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.”
Some people may also confess their sins to one another as we see in James 5:16 “Confess your guilt to one another, and pray for one another that you may heal. The prayer offered by a righteous man can do much in its effects.”.
However we need to understand that we must not confess our sins to anyone, need to be a brother in Christ, or be a true Christian, and we need to pray for each other so that our goals are achieved.

我需要承認我的罪嗎？
Wǒ xūyào chéngrèn wǒ de zuì ma?
我們在聖經中讀到詩篇 32:3
“當我保持沉默時，我的骨頭因一整天的咆哮而老化。”
我們需要回答的前兩個問題是我們是否真的應該承認我們的罪以及我們需要向誰懺悔。
我們在約翰一書 1:8 和 9 中看到“我們若說自己沒有罪，就是自欺欺人，在我們裡面就沒有真理。如果我們承認我們的罪，他是信實和公正的，會赦免我們的罪，並洗淨我們一切的不義。”
也就是說，首先要承認我們是罪人，我們有罪要承認，然後是的，我們需要承認我們的罪，我們必須向唯一信實和公正原諒我們的上帝承認。
正如我們在箴言 28:13 中讀到的那樣，聖經指出，我們不承認自己的罪會帶來後果：“遮掩自己過犯的，必不亨通；承認並離棄過犯的，必蒙憐憫。”

但是我們需要明白，我們不能向任何人承認我們的罪，需要成為基督裡的兄弟，或者成為一個真正的基督徒，我們需要為彼此祈禱，以實現我們的目標。

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào shīpiān 32:3
“Dāng wǒ bǎochí chénmò shí, wǒ de gǔtou yīn yī zhěng tiān de páoxiāo ér lǎohuà.”
Wǒmen xūyào huídá de qián liǎng gè wèntí shì wǒmen shìfǒu zhēn de yīnggāi chéngrèn wǒmen de zuì yǐjí wǒmen xūyào xiàng shuí chànhuǐ.
Wǒmen zài yuēhàn yī shū 1:8 Hé 9 zhòng kàn dào “wǒmen ruò shuō zìjǐ méiyǒuzuì, jiùshì zìqīqīrén, zài wǒmen lǐmiàn jiù méiyǒu zhēnlǐ. Rúguǒ wǒmen chéngrèn wǒmen de zuì, tā shì xìnshí hé gōngzhèng de, huì shèmiǎn wǒmen de zuì, bìng xǐ jìng wǒmen yīqiè de bùyì.”
Yě jiùshì shuō, shǒuxiān yào chéngrèn wǒmen shì zuìrén, wǒmen yǒu zuì yào chéngrèn, ránhòu shì de, wǒmen xūyào chéngrèn wǒmen de zuì, wǒmen bìxū xiàng wéiyī xìnshí hé gōngzhèng yuánliàng wǒmen de shàngdì chéngrèn.
Zhèngrú wǒmen zài zhēnyán 28:13 Zhōng dú dào dì nàyàng, shèngjīng zhǐchū, wǒmen bùchéngrèn zìjǐ de zuì huì dài lái hòuguǒ:“Zhēyǎn zìjǐguò fàn de, bì bù hēngtōng; chéngrèn bìng líqìguò fàn de, bì méng liánmǐn.”
Yǒuxiē rén yě kěnéng hùxiāng chéngrèn zìjǐ de zuì, zhèngrú wǒmen zài yǎ gè shū 5 zhāng 16 jié zhòng kàn dào dì nàyàng:“Hùxiāng chéngrèn nǐ de zuì, bìng wèi bǐcǐ qídǎo, hǎo ràng nǐmen quányù. Yìrén suǒ xiàn de qídǎo néng fāhuī hěn dà de zuòyòng.”.
Dànshì wǒmen xūyào míngbái, wǒmen bùnéng xiàng rènhé rén chéngrèn wǒmen de zuì, xūyào chéngwéi jīdū lǐ de xiōngdì, huòzhě chéngwéiyīgè zhēnzhèng de jīdū tú, wǒmen xūyào wèi bǐcǐ qídǎo, yǐ shíxiàn wǒmen de mùbiāo.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéi yī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò kěnéng cúnzài de rènhé wèntí.
