Lemos na bíblia em João 3:3
“Jesus respondeu, e disse-lhe: Na verdade, na verdade te digo que aquele que não nascer de novo, não pode ver o reino de Deus.”
Jesus falava com Nicodemos que, para ver o reino de Deus ele precisaria nascer de novo. Nicodemos ficou confuso e perguntou se ele poderia entrar novamente no ventre de sua mãe e nascer. Mas Cristo se referia a nascer da água e do Espírito.
Sei que neste momento muita gente fica confusa mas vou tentar explicar. Quando aceitamos a Cristo como nosso único e suficiente Senhor e Salvador, crendo em Deus que o enviou, recebemos o Espírito Santo de Deus a habitar em nossas vidas. Enterramos o “velho homem” e nascemos novamente, simbolicamente é claro.
Com o Espírito Santo habitando em nós, nossa vida muda. Não somos mais os mesmos. Passamos a ter uma visão de mundo completamente diferente. Temos mais sede de Deus e passamos a busca-lo cada vez mais. A mudança gera fé; a fé gera esperança; a esperança produz paciência, pois sabemos qual será o nosso futuro em Cristo daqui pra frente. A eternidade nos espera.

Can I Really Be Born Again?
We read in the bible in John 3:3
“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Jesus told Nicodemus that in order to see the kingdom of God he would need to be born again. Nicodemus was confused and asked if he could re-enter his mother’s womb and be born. But Christ was referring to being born of water and the Spirit.
I know a lot of people are confused right now but I’ll try to explain. When we accept Christ as our only and sufficient Lord and Savior, believing in the God who sent him, we receive the Holy Spirit of God to dwell in our lives. We buried the “old man” and were born again, symbolically of course.
With the Holy Spirit indwelling us, our lives change. We are no longer the same. We have a completely different world view. We are more thirsty for God and we start to seek him more and more. Change breeds faith; faith generates hope; hope produces patience, for we know what our future in Christ will be from now on. Eternity awaits us.

我真的可以重生嗎？
Wǒ zhēn de kěyǐ chóngshēng ma?
我們在約翰福音 3:3 中讀到
“耶穌回答說，我實實在在地告訴你，人若不重生，就不能見神的國。”
耶穌告訴尼哥底母，為了看到神的國度，他需要重生。尼哥底母很困惑，問他是否可以重新進入他母親的子宮並出生。但基督指的是由水和聖靈而生。
我知道很多人現在很困惑，但我會試著解釋一下。當我們接受基督為我們唯一和充足的主和救主，相信差他來的上帝時，我們就會接受上帝的聖靈住在我們的生活中。我們埋葬了“老人”並重生，當然是像徵性的。
聖靈住在我們裡面，我們的生活就會改變。我們不再一樣了。我們有完全不同的世界觀。我們越來越渴望上帝，我們開始越來越多地尋求他。改變孕育信念；信心產生希望；盼望生忍耐，因為我們知道從今以後我們在基督裡的未來會怎樣。永恆在等著我們。

“yēsū huídá shuō, wǒ shí shízài zài dì gàosù nǐ, rén ruò bù chóngshēng, jiù bùnéng jiàn shén de guó.”
Yēsū gàosù ní gē dǐ mǔ, wèile kàn dào shén de guódù, tā xūyào chóngshēng. Ní gē dǐ mǔ hěn kùnhuò, wèn tā shìfǒu kěyǐ chóngxīn jìnrù tā mǔqīn de zǐgōng bìng chūshēng. Dàn jīdū zhǐ de shì yóu shuǐ hé shènglíng ér shēng.
Wǒ zhīdào hěnduō rén xiànzài hěn kùnhuò, dàn wǒ huìshìzhe jiěshì yīxià. Dāng wǒmen jiēshòu jīdū wèi wǒmen wéiyī hè chōngzú de zhǔ hé jiù zhǔ, xiāngxìn chāi tā lái de shàngdì shí, wǒmen jiù huì jiēshòu shàngdì de shènglíng zhù zài wǒmen de shēnghuó zhōng. Wǒmen máizàngle “lǎorén” bìng chóngshēng, dāngrán shì xiàng zhǐ xìng de.
Shènglíng zhù zài wǒmen lǐmiàn, wǒmen de shēnghuó jiù huì gǎibiàn. Wǒmen bù zài yīyàngle. Wǒmen yǒu wánquán bùtóng de shìjièguān. Wǒmen yuè lái yuè kěwàng shàngdì, wǒmen kāishǐ yuè lái yuè duō de xúnqiú tā. Gǎibiàn yùnyù xìnniàn; xìnxīn chǎnshēng xīwàng; pànwàng shēng rěnnài, yīnwèi wǒmen zhīdào cóng jīn yǐhòu wǒmen zài jīdū lǐ de wèilái huì zěnyàng. Yǒnghéng zài děngzhe wǒmen.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
