Lemos na bíblia em Mateus 5:37
“Seja, porém, o vosso falar: Sim, sim; Não, não; porque o que passa disto é de procedência maligna.”
É comum termos orgulho por sempre dizer a verdade. Realmente, devemos evitar a mentira a todo o custo. Não só porque quando mentimos perdemos a credibilidade que as outras pessoas depositam em nós, mas porque mentir é pecado.
O outro extremo também é perigoso. Tem pessoas que falam até mesmo quando não são questionadas. É este o tipo de pessoa que chega para uma mulher na rua (por exemplo) e diz que ela está gorda (desnecessário). Isso é ofensivo e afasta as pessoas de você. Não importa se é verdade, sua opinião não foi solicitada e não aprendemos com o Senhor a ofender as pessoas.
Apontar o dedo para acusar é função do diabo. Nossa função aqui na terra é levar a verdade da bíblia que é a palavra de Deus. Pregue o evangelho, ame a Deus sobre todas as coisas e ao próximo como a ti mesmo. Não seja ofensivo nem acuse, fale de Cristo.

Can I Speak Everything I Think?
We read in the bible in Matthew 5:37
“But let your speech be: Yes, yes; No, no; for anything more than this is of evil origin.”
It is common to take pride in always telling the truth. Really, we must avoid lying at all costs. Not only because when we lie we lose the credibility that other people place in us, but because lying is a sin.
The other extreme is also dangerous. There are people who speak even when they are not questioned. This is the kind of person who walks up to a woman on the street (for example) and says she’s fat (unnecessary). This is offensive and drives people away from you. It doesn’t matter if it’s true, your opinion was not asked and we don’t learn from the Lord to offend people.
Pointing the finger to accuse is the devil’s job. Our function here on earth is to bring the truth of the bible which is the word of God. Preach the gospel, love God above all things and your neighbor as yourself. Don’t be offensive or accusatory, speak of Christ.

Wǒ néng shuō chū wǒ suǒ xiǎng de yīqiè ma?
我們在馬太福音 5:37 中讀到
“但是讓你的演講是：是的，是的；不，不;因為除此之外的任何東西都是邪惡的。”
以總是說真話為榮是很常見的。真的，我們必須不惜一切代價避免撒謊。不僅因為當我們撒謊時，我們會失去其他人對我們的信任，而且因為撒謊是一種罪過。
另一個極端也很危險。有些人即使沒有受到質疑也會說話。這是那種在街上（例如）走到一個女人面前並說她很胖（不必要）的人。這是冒犯性的，會讓人們遠離你。不管是不是真的，你的意見沒有被問到，我們也不向主學習得罪人。

Wǒmen zài mǎ tài fúyīn 5:37 Zhōng dú dào
“dànshì ràng nǐ de yǎnjiǎng shì: Shì de, shì de; bù, bù; yīnwèi chú cǐ zhī wài de rènhé dōngxī dū shì xié’è de.”
Yǐ zǒng shì shuō zhēn huà wéi róng shì hěn chángjiàn de. Zhēn de, wǒmen bìxū bùxī yīqiè dàijià bìmiǎn sāhuǎng. Bùjǐn yīnwèi dāng wǒmen sāhuǎng shí, wǒmen huì shīqù qítā rén duì wǒmen de xìnrèn, érqiě yīnwèi sāhuǎng shì yīzhǒng zuìguo.
Lìng yīgè jíduān yě hěn wéixiǎn. Yǒuxiē rén jíshǐ méiyǒu shòudào zhíyí yě huì shuōhuà. Zhè shì nà zhǒng zài jiē shàng (lìrú) zǒu dào yīgè nǚrén miànqián bìng shuō tā hěn pàng (bù bìyào) de rén. Zhè shì màofàn xìng de, huì ràng rénmen yuǎnlí nǐ. Bùguǎn shì bùshì zhēn de, nǐ de yìjiàn méiyǒu bèi wèn dào, wǒmen yě bù xiàng zhǔ xuéxí dézuì rén.
Zhǐzé shì móguǐ de gōngzuò. Wǒmen zài dìqiú shàng de zhízé shì dài lái shèngjīng de zhēnlǐ, jí shàngdì de huàyǔ. Chuán fúyīn, ài shén shèngguò àirén rú jǐ. Bùyào màofàn huò zhǐzé, tánlùn jīdū.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
