Lemos na bíblia em 2ª Crônicas 15:7
“Mas esforçai-vos, e não desfaleçam as vossas mãos; porque a vossa obra tem uma recompensa.”
São poucos os que alcançam o sucesso e se mantém lá. A maioria das pessoas tende a nem começar os projetos. Os que iniciam param antes de alcançar as metas traçadas. Menos de 5% das pessoas que iniciam projetos de vida vão realmente até o fim. Porque isso acontece?
Sabe quando você pensa em comprar alguma coisa? Um celular da moda por exemplo. Você demora um tempo para conseguir o dinheiro e, depois que compra, vê que já tem centenas de pessoas com esse mesmo celular. Pois é, quando você inicia o projeto, começa a corrida, vai ver que ao seu lado, na frente e atrás existem dezenas, centenas de pessoas correndo para o mesmo objetivo. Alguns correm mais rápido, outros mais devagar e, quando você passa a olhar para os outros corredores, desvia seu olhar do alvo e começa a acreditar que não vai conseguir correr tanto quanto esse ou aquele. Aos poucos vai parando e passa a crer que esse sonho não era pra você. Por isso muitos desistem.
Os que realmente chegam ao final dessa corrida, enxergam que não há somente três lugares no pódium. Errado! Há centenas e até mesmo milhares de lugares. O sucesso tem espaço pra muita gente, mas você só consegue enxergar isso quando está diante do seu objetivo. Minha dica pra você é: Não pare de correr, não olhe para os lados, nem para trás. A maioria das pessoas vai parar. Continue apesar de todas as dificuldades que você vai enfrentar. A subida no pódium vai compensar toda a dor e sofrimento que você teve de passar.

Why Can't I Finish What I Start?
We read in the bible in 2nd Chronicles 15:7
“But be strong, and let not your hands fail; for your work has a reward.”
Few people succeed and stay there. Most people tend not to start projects at all. Those who start stop before reaching the established goals. Less than 5% of people who start life projects actually go through with it. Why does it happen?
Do you know when you think about buying something? A trendy cell phone for example. It takes you a while to get the money and, after you buy, you see that there are already hundreds of people with that same cell phone. Well, when you start the project, the race starts, you will see that beside you, in front and behind, there are dozens, hundreds of people running towards the same goal. Some run faster, some run slower, and when you start looking at the other runners, you look away from the target and start to believe you can’t run as much as this one or that one. Little by little, you stop and start to believe that this dream was not for you. That’s why many give up.
Those who actually reach the end of this race, see that there are not only three places on the podium. Wrong! There are hundreds and even thousands of places. Success has room for a lot of people, but you can only see it when you are facing your goal. My tip for you is: Don’t stop running, don’t look sideways, don’t look back. Most people will stop. Keep going despite all the difficulties you will face. Climbing the podium will make up for all the pain and suffering you’ve had to go through.

Hěn shǎo yǒurén chénggōng bìng liú zài nàlǐ. Dà duōshù rén gēnběn bù dǎsuàn kāishǐ xiàngmù. Nàxiē kāishǐ de rén zài dádào jìdìng mùbiāo zhīqián jiù tíngzhǐle. Zài kāishǐ rénshēng xiàngmù dì rén zhōng, zhǐyǒu bù dào 5% de rén zhēnzhèng jīnglìle tā. Wèishéme huì fāshēng?
Nǐ zhīdào shénme shíhòu kǎolǜ mǎi dōngxī ma? Yǐ shíshàng shǒujī wéi lì. Nǐ xūyào yīduàn shíjiān cáinéng ná dào qián, zài nǐ gòumǎi zhīhòu, nǐ huì fāxiàn yǐjīng yǒushù bǎirén shǐyòngle tóngyī bù shǒujī. Yǒuxiē rén pǎo dé gèng kuài, yǒuxiē rén pǎo dé gèng màn, dāng nǐ kāishǐ kànzhe qítā pǎobù zhě shí, nǐ huì cóng mùbiāo shēnshang yí kāi, bìng kāishǐ xiāngxìn nǐ bùnéng xiàng zhège huò nàgè pǎo dé nàme kuài. Jiànjiàn de, nǐ tíng xiàlái xiāngxìn zhège mèngxiǎng bùshìhé nǐ. Zhè jiùshì xǔduō rén fàngqì de yuányīn.
Zhēnzhèng dàole běnchǎng bǐsài zhōngdiǎn de rén, kàn dào lǐng jiǎng tái shàng de míng’é bùzhǐ sān gè. Cuòwù de! Yǒu chéng bǎi shàng qiān gè dìfāng. Chénggōng wèi hěnduō rén liú yǒu yúdì, dàn zhǐyǒu dāng nǐ miàn duì mùbiāo shí, nǐ cáinéng kàn dào tā. Wǒ gěi nǐ de jiànyì shì: Bùyào tíngzhǐ bēnpǎo, bùyào cè shì, bùyào huítóu. Dà duōshù rén huì tíng xiàlái. Jǐnguǎn nín jiāng miànlín suǒyǒu kùnnán, dàn réng yào jìxù qiánjìn. Dēng shàng lǐng jiǎng tái jiāng míbǔ nín bùdé bù jīnglì de suǒyǒu tòngkǔ.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
