Lemos na bíblia em Hebreus 12:6
“Porque o Senhor corrige o que ama, E açoita a qualquer que recebe por filho.”
Na vida do cristão o sofrimento é uma escola. Há sempre um propósito e, o aprendizado dele nos deixa sempre mais maduros e mais próximos de Deus. A bíblia tem diversos exemplos, José do Egito que, de escravo preso passou a ser governador; Jó que perdeu tudo o que tinha e ganhou tudo em dobro; e por aí vai.
Havia um missionário que teve uma perna amputada e sempre questionava a Deus qual o motivo deste sofrimento em sua vida. Este missionário vivia com uma prótese de metal revestida de borracha no lugar da perna amputada. Um determinado dia ele foi capturado por uma tribo de canibais da África Oriental. Quando ele estava perto de ser sacrificado, o líder da tribo pediu um pedaço da carne dele para provar antes de matá-lo. Tiraram um pedaço da borracha da prótese. Após provar a “carne de borracha” o líder da tribo mandou liberar o missionário imediatamente dizendo que sua carne não valia a pena ser provada. O missionário volta correndo e dando graças a Deus por ter aquela prótese no lugar da perna.
Esta foi apenas uma rápida história que dá o exemplo de que, o sofrimento na vida do cristão, sempre vai servir a um propósito. Seja para livramento dele mesmo – como na história – ou para testemunho a outros de que Deus tem um propósito até nas piores dificuldades pelas quais nos permite passar. Lembre-se do que diz em Romanos 8:28 “E sabemos que todas as coisas contribuem juntamente para o bem daqueles que amam a Deus, daqueles que são chamados segundo o seu propósito.”.

Why Does God Allow Suffering?
We read in the bible in Hebrews 12:6
“For the Lord disciplines what he loves, And he scourges everyone he accepts as a son.”
In the Christian’s life, suffering is a school. There is always a purpose and learning from it always makes us more mature and closer to God. The bible has several examples, Joseph of Egypt who, from a prisoner slave became governor; Job who lost everything he had and gained everything double; and so on.
There was a missionary who had a leg amputated and always questioned God what the reason for this suffering in his life was. This missionary lived with a rubber-coated metal prosthesis in place of his amputated leg. One day he was captured by a tribe of East African cannibals. When he was about to be sacrificed, the tribe leader asked for a piece of his flesh to taste before killing him. They took a piece of rubber from the prosthesis. After tasting the “rubber meat”, the leader of the tribe ordered the missionary to be released immediately, saying that his meat was not worth tasting. The missionary comes back running and thanking God for having that prosthesis in place of his leg.
This was just a quick story that gives an example that suffering in a Christian’s life will always serve a purpose. Whether for self-delivery – as in history – or for witnessing to others that God has a purpose even in the worst difficulties He allows us to go through. Remember what it says in Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

為什麼上帝允許苦難？
Wèishéme shàngdì yǔnxǔ kǔnàn?
我們在希伯來書 12:6 中讀到
“因為耶和華管教他所愛的，他鞭打他所接納為兒子的每一個人。”
在基督徒的生活中，苦難是一所學校。總有一個目的，從中學習總是讓我們更成熟，更接近上帝。聖經有幾個例子，埃及的約瑟夫，從一個被囚的奴隸變成了總督；約伯失去了他所有的一切，卻得到了雙倍的東西；等等。
有一個傳教士，他的一條腿被截掉了，他總是問上帝，他生命中受苦的原因是什麼。這位傳教士用橡膠塗層的金屬假肢代替截肢的腿。有一天，他被一個東非食人部落俘虜。當他即將被獻祭時，部落首領要了一塊他的肉嚐嚐，然後殺了他。他們從假肢中取出一塊橡膠。嘗完“橡皮肉”後，部落首領下令立即釋放傳教士，說他的肉不值得品嚐。傳教士跑回來感謝上帝用假肢代替了他的腿。
這只是一個簡短的故事，舉例說明基督徒生活中的苦難總是有目的的。無論是為了自我解脫——就像在歷史中一樣——還是為了向他人見證即使在他允許我們經歷的最嚴重的困難中上帝也有目的。記住羅馬書 8 章 28 節所說的話：“我們知道萬事互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處，就是照祂旨意蒙召的人。”

Wǒmen zài xī bó lái shū 12:6 Zhōng dú dào
“yīnwèi yēhéhuá guǎnjiào tāsuǒ ài de, tā biāndǎ tāsuǒ jiēnà wèi érzi de měi yīgèrén.”
Zài jīdū tú de shēnghuó zhōng, kǔnàn shì yī suǒ xuéxiào. Zǒng yǒu yīgè mùdì, cóngzhōng xuéxí zǒng shì ràng wǒmen gèng chéngshú, gèng jiējìn shàngdì. Shèngjīng yǒu jǐ gè lìzi, āijí de yuēsèfū, cóng yīgè bèi qiú de núlì biànchéngle zǒngdū; yuē bó shīqùle tā suǒyǒu de yīqiè, què dédàole shuāng bèi de dōngxī; děng děng.
Yǒu yīgè chuánjiào shì, tā de yītiáo tuǐ bèi jié diàole, tā zǒng shì wèn shàngdì, tā shēngmìng zhòng shòukǔ de yuányīn shì shénme. Zhè wèi chuánjiào shì yòng xiàngjiāo tú céng de jīnshǔ jiǎzhī dàitì jiézhī de tuǐ. Yǒu yītiān, tā bèi yīgè dōngfēi shí rén bùluò fúlǔ. Dāng tā jíjiāng bèi xiàn jì shí, bùluò shǒulǐng yàole yīkuài tā de ròu cháng cháng, ránhòu shāle tā. Tāmen cóng jiǎzhī zhōng qǔchū yīkuài xiàngjiāo. Cháng wán “xiàngpí ròu” hòu, bùluò shǒulǐng xiàlìng lìjí shìfàng chuánjiào shì, shuō tā de ròu bù zhídé pǐncháng. Chuánjiào shì pǎo huílái gǎnxiè shàngdì yòng jiǎzhī dàitìle tā de tuǐ.
Zhè zhǐshì yīgè jiǎnduǎn de gùshì, jǔlì shuōmíng jīdū tú shēnghuó zhōng de kǔnàn zǒng shì yǒu mùdì de. Wúlùn shì wèile zìwǒ jiětuō——jiù xiàng zài lìshǐ zhōng yīyàng——háishì wèile xiàng tārén jiànzhèng jíshǐ zài tā yǔnxǔ wǒmen jīnglì de zuì yánzhòng de kùnnán zhōng shàngdì yěyǒu mùdì. Jì zhù luómǎ shū 8 zhāng 28 jié suǒ shuō dehuà:“Wǒmen zhīdào wànshì hùxiāng xiàolì, jiào ài shén de rén dé yìchu, jiùshì zhào tā zhǐyì méng zhào de rén.”

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù shì yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
