“ … sabendo que a tribulação produz a paciência, E a paciência a experiência, e a experiência a esperança. E a esperança não traz confusão, …”. – Romanos 5:3-5
Não há como ter paciência sem tribulação. A receita da bíblia mostra que depois de passarmos pela dificuldade (tribulação) vamos adquirir paciência e experiência. Esta experiência deve ser usada para consolar outros que passarem pelo mesmo problema que você.
Veja que Deus não nos livra da tribulação, mas Ele nos dá graça (capacidade) para suportar passar por ela, aprender algo para a nossa vida e para ajudar a outros que também vierem a passar por isso.
Se você está passando por isso ore a Deus pedindo graça para suportar o tempo que tiver que enfrentar e, peça também para aprender o que precisa nesta situação para não ter que passar por ela novamente.

Why Do I Ask for Patience and Receive Tribulation?
“… knowing that tribulation produces patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, …” – Romans 5:3-5
There is no way to develop patience without tribulation. The Bible shows that after going through difficulty (tribulation), we acquire patience and experience. This experience should then be used to comfort others who go through the same problem you have faced.
Notice that God does not free us from tribulation, but He gives us grace (ability) to endure it, to learn something for our own lives, and to help others who will also face similar situations.
If you are going through this, pray to God asking for grace to endure the time you need to face, and also ask to learn what you must in this situation so that you won’t have to go through it again.

“……知道患难生忍耐；忍耐生老练；老练生盼望。盼望不至于羞耻……” – 罗马书 5:3-5
