Lemos na bíblia em Romanos 7:5 e 6
“Porque, quando estávamos na carne, as paixões dos pecados … operavam em nossos membros para darem fruto para a morte. Mas agora temos sido libertados … tendo morrido para aquilo em que estávamos retidos; para que sirvamos em novidade de espírito …”
A luta da luz contra as trevas é persistente na vida de todo o ser humano. Mesmo após convertidos, nossa natureza carnal luta para dominar sobre o espírito. Quem vai vencer é quem for mais alimentado. O alimento da carne é o pecado, a busca constante pelos prazeres humanos. O alimento do espírito é a palavra de Deus e a comunhão com o Senhor através da oração.
Veja o que diz em Filipenses 4:8 e 9 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai. O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.”.
Portanto, leia a bíblia e se mantenha em oração sempre que possível.

Why do we turn away from God?
We read in the bible in Romans 7:5 and 6
“For when we were in the flesh, the passions of sins … were at work in our members to bear fruit unto death. But now we have been released…having died to what we were held to; that we may serve in newness of spirit…”
The struggle of light against darkness is persistent in the life of every human being. Even after converts, our carnal nature struggles to dominate over the spirit. Who will win is who is fed more. The food of the flesh is sin, the constant pursuit of human pleasures. Food for the spirit is the word of God and communion with the Lord through prayer.
See what it says in Philippians 4:8 and 9 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is who is of good repute, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. What you also learned, and received, and heard, and saw in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.”
So read the bible and stay in prayer whenever possible.

我們在聖經中讀到羅馬書 7:5 和 6
“因為當我們在肉體中時，罪惡的情慾……在我們肢體中運行，要結出果子以致於死。但是現在我們已經被釋放了……已經死於我們所堅持的；使我們可以以新的精神服務……”
光明與黑暗的鬥爭貫穿於每個人的生活中。即使在皈依之後，我們肉體的本性仍難以控制精神。誰吃多了誰就贏了。肉體的食物是罪惡，是對人類享樂的不斷追求。精神的食糧是上帝的話語和通過祈禱與主的交流。
看看腓立比書 4:8 和 9 是怎麼說的：“最後，弟兄們，凡是真實的，誠實的，公義的，純潔的，可愛的，有美譽的，若有什麼美德，如果有任何讚美，請考慮這些事情。你在我身上學到的、領受的、聽到的、看到的，也都在做；賜平安的神必與你同在。”
因此，只要有可能，就閱讀聖經並保持禱告。

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào luómǎ shū 7:5 Hé 6
“yīnwèi dāng wǒmen zài ròutǐ zhòng shí, zuì’è de qíngyù……zài wǒmen zhītǐ zhōng yùnxíng, yào jié chū guǒ zǐ yǐzhì yú sǐ. Dànshì xiànzài wǒmen yǐjīng bèi shìfàngle……yǐjīng sǐ yú wǒmen suǒ jiānchí de; shǐ wǒmen kěyǐ yǐ xīn de jīngshén fúwù……”
guāngmíng yǔ hēi’àn de dòuzhēng guànchuān yú měi gèrén de shēnghuó zhōng. Jíshǐ zài guīyī zhīhòu, wǒmen ròutǐ de běnxìng réng nányǐ kòngzhì jīngshén. Shuí chī duōle shuí jiù yíngle. Ròutǐ de shíwù shì zuì’è, shì duì rénlèi xiǎnglè de bùduàn zhuīqiú. Jīngshén de shíliáng shì shàngdì de huàyǔ hé tōngguò qídǎo yǔ zhǔ de jiāoliú.
Kàn kàn féi lì bǐ shū 4:8 Hé 9 shì zěnme shuō de:“Zuìhòu, dìxiōngmen, fánshì zhēnshí de, chéngshí de, gōngyì de, chúnjié de, kě’ài de, yǒu měiyù de, ruò yǒu shé me měidé, rúguǒ yǒu rènhé zànměi, qǐng kǎolǜ zhèxiē shìqíng. Nǐ zài wǒ shēnshang xué dào de, lǐngshòu de, tīngdào de, kàn dào de, yě dū zài zuò; cì píng’ān dì shén bì yǔ nǐ tóng zài.”
Yīncǐ, zhǐyào yǒu kěnéng, jiù yuèdú shèngjīng bìng bǎochí dǎogào.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ ma? Yīnwèi zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài běn yè de dǐngbù huò dǐbù yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fā xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò nín kěnéng yǒu de rènhé wèntí.
