“Porque necessitais de paciência, para que, depois de haverdes feito a vontade de Deus, possais alcançar a promessa.” – Hebreus 10:36
A coisa mais importante é compreender que o deserto na vida do cristão serve para aproximá-lo de Deus. Em meio a dificuldade nos achegamos a Deus, choramos, oramos mais e lemos mais a bíblia procurando por respostas. Mas lembre-se, o deserto é temporário, não há dor e sofrimento que durem para sempre.
Veja o que o Apóstolo Paulo fala sobre o tempo de sofrimento dele em 2ª Coríntios 12:7-10 “E, para que não me exaltasse pela excelência das revelações, foi-me dado um espinho na carne, a saber, um mensageiro de Satanás para me esbofetear, a fim de não me exaltar. Acerca do qual três vezes orei ao Senhor para que se desviasse de mim. E disse-me: A minha graça te basta, porque o meu poder se aperfeiçoa na fraqueza. De boa vontade, pois, me gloriarei nas minhas fraquezas, para que em mim habite o poder de Cristo. Por isso sinto prazer nas fraquezas, nas injúrias, nas necessidades, nas perseguições, nas angústias por amor de Cristo. Porque quando estou fraco então sou forte.”.
Por fim, devo lembrar que estamos aqui de passagem e o sofrimento fará parte de nossa vida como vemos em 2ª Timóteo 3:12 “E também todos os que piamente querem viver em Cristo Jesus padecerão perseguições.”.

Why Can't I Overcome My Difficulties?
“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.” – Hebrews 10:36
The most important thing is to understand that the wilderness in a Christian’s life serves to draw them closer to God. Amid difficulty, we draw near to God; we weep, we pray more, and we read the Bible more, searching for answers. But remember, the wilderness is temporary; there is no pain or suffering that lasts forever.
See what the Apostle Paul says about his time of suffering in 2 Corinthians 12:7-10: “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
