Lemos na bíblia em 1ª Coríntios 10:13
“Não veio sobre vós tentação, senão humana; mas fiel é Deus, que não vos deixará tentar acima do que podeis, antes com a tentação dará também o escape, para que a possais suportar.”
A bíblia nos ensina que somos tentados de acordo com aquilo que somos fracos, ou seja, nossas vontades e desejos. E estas vontades e desejos são formados e fortalecidos a partir daquilo que alimentamos nosso corpo e espírito.
Quanto mais você se alimentar das suas vontades e dos seus desejos, mais você estará fraco quando a tentação vier sobre você. A bíblia nos ensina a fugir dos desejos da carne e a resistir ao diabo. Infelizmente muita gente foge do diabo e resiste aos desejos da carne e, por este motivo, peca.
Quanto mais você se alimentar da palavra de Deus (leitura constante da bíblia) e mantiver um relacionamento em oração com o Senhor, mais estará alimentando o espírito e estará preparado quando a tentação vier. Lembre-se: “Quanto mais perto da luz, mais longe das trevas“.

Why Can't I Resist Temptation?
We read in the bible in 1st Corinthians 10:13
“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”
The bible teaches us that we are tempted according to what we are weak, that is, our wills and desires. And these wills and desires are formed and strengthened from what we feed our body and spirit.
The more you feed on your wants and desires, the weaker you will be when temptation comes upon you. The bible teaches us to flee the desires of the flesh and resist the devil. Unfortunately, many people flee from the devil and resist the desires of the flesh and, for this reason, sin.
The more you feed on the word of God (constant reading of the bible) and maintain a relationship in prayer with the Lord, the more you will be feeding your spirit and you will be prepared when temptation comes. Remember: “The closer to the light, the farther from the darkness”.

為什麼我無法抗拒誘惑？
Wèishéme wǒ wúfǎ kàngjù yòuhuò?
我們在哥林多前書 10:13 中讀到聖經
“除了人類常見的誘惑之外，沒有任何誘惑會抓住你；但神是信實的，必不叫你們受試探超過你們所能承受的，反而在試探中開闢逃避的道路，使你們能夠忍受。”
聖經教導我們，我們會根據我們的軟弱，即我們的意志和慾望受到誘惑。這些意志和慾望是從我們餵養我們的身體和精神的東西中形成和加強的。
你越是滿足於自己的需要和慾望，當誘惑臨到你時，你就越軟弱。聖經教導我們要逃避肉體的情慾，抵擋魔鬼。不幸的是，許多人逃離魔鬼並抵制肉體的慾望，因此抵制罪惡。
你越多地以神的話語為食（不斷閱讀聖經）並在禱告中與主保持關係，你的靈就會越多，當誘惑來臨時你就會做好準備。記住：“離光明越近，離黑暗越遠”。

Wǒmen zài gē lín duō qián shū 10:13 Zhōng dú dào shèngjīng
“chúle rénlèi chángjiàn de yòuhuò zhī wài, méiyǒu rènhé yòuhuò huì zhuā zhù nǐ; dàn shén shì xìnshí de, bì bù jiào nǐmen shòu shìtàn chāoguò nǐmen suǒ néng chéngshòu de, fǎn’ér zài shìtàn zhōng kāipì táobì de dàolù, shǐ nǐmen nénggòu rěnshòu.”
Shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen, wǒmen huì gēnjù wǒmen de ruǎnruò, jí wǒmen de yìzhì hé yùwàng shòudào yòuhuò. Zhèxiē yìzhì hé yùwàng shì cóng wǒmen wèiyǎng wǒmen de shēntǐ hé jīngshén de dōngxī zhōng xíngchéng hé jiāqiáng de.
Nǐ yuè shì mǎnzú yú zìjǐ de xūyào hé yùwàng, dāng yòuhuò líndào nǐ shí, nǐ jiù yuè ruǎnruò. Shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen yào táobì ròutǐ de qíngyù, dǐdǎng móguǐ. Bùxìng de shì, xǔduō rén táolí móguǐ bìng dǐzhì ròutǐ de yùwàng, yīncǐ dǐzhì zuì’è.
Nǐ yuè duō de yǐ shén de huàyǔ wèi shí (bùduàn yuèdú shèngjīng) bìng zài dǎogào zhōng yǔ zhǔ bǎochí guānxì, nǐ de líng jiù huì yuè duō, dāng yòuhuò láilín shí nǐ jiù huì zuò hǎo zhǔnbèi. Jì zhù:“Lí guāngmíng yuè jìn, lí hēi’àn yuè yuǎn”.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ ma? Yīnwèi zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài běn yè de dǐngbù huò dǐbù yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fā xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò nín kěnéng yǒu de rènhé wèntí.
