Lemos na bíblia em Isaías 58:6 e7
“Porventura não é este o jejum que escolhi, soltar as correntes da injustiça, … pôr em liberdade os oprimidos … partilhar sua comida com o faminto … não recusar ajuda ao próximo?”
Muitas pessoas passam pelo mesmo problema, pois parece que o jejum só está servindo para passar fome. Mas não deve ser assim. O Jejum deve ter um propósito (alvo) específico e deve ser algo que glorifique a Deus. A bíblia orienta como deve ser o jejum em Isaías 58:3-9:
“Por que jejuamos, dizem, e não o viste? Por que nos humilhamos, e não reparaste? Contudo, no dia do seu jejum vocês fazem o que é do agrado de vocês, … O jejum que desejo é … partilhar sua comida com o faminto, abrigar o pobre desamparado, vestir o nu que você encontrou, e não recusar ajuda ao próximo. … Aí sim, você clamará ao Senhor, e ele responderá; você gritará por socorro, e ele dirá: Aqui estou. …”
Resumindo, Deus quer que, o nosso jejum seja de boas ações, que ajudemos o próximo, deixemos nossas práticas pecaminosas de lado. Sei que parece muito simples para ser verdade, mas se você estiver em oração, basta que atente para a necessidade daquele que precisa e evite o pecado então clamaremos a Deus e nosso Senhor nos responderá.

Why Do I Fast and Have No Results?
We read in the Bible in Isaiah 58:6 and7
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen, to loosen the chains of injustice,… to set the oppressed free… to share your food with the hungry… not to refuse help to your neighbor?”
Many people have the same problem, as it seems that fasting is only serving to starve them. But it shouldn’t be like that. Fasting must have a specific purpose (target) and must be something that glorifies God. The Bible guides what fasting should be like in Isaiah 58:3-9:
“Why did we fast, they say, and you did not see it? Why did we humiliate ourselves, and you didn’t notice? However, on the day of your fast you do what pleases you,… The fast I desire is… to share your food with the hungry, to shelter the poor and helpless, to clothe the naked one you found, and not to refuse help to your neighbor. … Then you will cry out to the Lord, and he will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here I am. …”
In short, God wants our fasting to be about good deeds, helping others, leaving our sinful practices aside. I know it seems too simple to be true, but if you are in prayer, just pay attention to the needs of those in need and avoid sin, then we will cry out to God and our Lord will answer us.

為什麼我禁食卻沒有結果？
Wèishéme wǒ jìn shí què méiyǒu jiéguǒ?
我們在聖經中讀到以賽亞書 58:6 和 7
「這不是我選擇的齋戒，為了鬆開不公正的鎖鏈……讓受壓迫的人獲得自由……與飢餓的人分享你的食物……而不是拒絕向你的鄰居提供幫助嗎？”
很多人都有同樣的問題，因為禁食似乎只是讓他們挨餓。但事情不應該是這樣的。禁食必須有特定的目的（目標），並且必須是榮耀神的事。聖經在以賽亞書 58:3-9 指導禁食應該是什麼樣子：
「他們說，為什麼我們要禁食，而你卻沒有看到？為什麼我們要羞辱自己，而你卻沒有註意到？然而，在你齋戒的那天，你可以做你喜歡做的事，……我渴望的齋戒是……與飢餓的人分享你的食物，為窮人和無助的人提供庇護，為你發現的赤身裸體的人穿衣服，而不是拒絕幫助你的鄰居。 ……那時，你必呼求耶和華，他必應允；你會大聲呼救，他會說：我在這裡。 ……”
簡言之，上帝希望我們的禁食是為了行善、幫助他人，而把我們的罪惡行為放在一邊。我知道這看起來太簡單了，不太真實，但如果你在禱告中，只要專注於那些有需要的人的需要並避免犯罪，那麼我們就會向神呼求，我們的主就會回應我們。

`zhè bùshì wǒ xuǎnzé de zhāijiè, wèile sōng kāi bù gōngzhèng de suǒliàn……ràng shòu yāpò de rén huòdé zìyóu……yǔ jī’è de rén fēnxiǎng nǐ de shíwù……ér bùshì jùjué xiàng nǐ de línjū tígōng bāngzhù ma?”
Hěnduō rén dōu yǒu tóngyàng de wèntí, yīnwèi jìn shí sìhū zhǐshì ràng tāmen āi è. Dàn shìqíng bù yìng gāi shì zhèyàng de. Jìn shí bìxū yǒu tèdìng de mùdì (mùbiāo), bìngqiě bìxū shì róngyào shén de shì. Shèngjīng zài yǐ sài yà shū 58:3-9 Zhǐdǎo jìn shí yīnggāi shì shénme yàngzi:
`Tāmen shuō, wèishéme wǒmen yào jìn shí, ér nǐ què méiyǒu kàn dào? Wèishéme wǒmen yào xiūrù zìjǐ, ér nǐ què méiyǒu zhùyì dào? Rán’ér, zài nǐ zhāijiè dì nèitiān, nǐ kěyǐ zuò nǐ xǐhuān zuò de shì,……wǒ kěwàng de zhāijiè shì……yǔ jī’è de rén fēnxiǎng nǐ de shíwù, wèi qióng rén hé wú zhù de rén tígōng bìhù, wèi nǐ fāxiàn de chìshēn luǒtǐ de rén chuān yīfú, ér bùshì jùjué bāngzhù nǐ de línjū. ……Nà shí, nǐ bì hū qiú yēhéhuá, tā bì yìngyǔn; nǐ huì dà shēng hūjiù, tā huì shuō: Wǒ zài zhèlǐ. ……”
Jiǎn yán zhī, shàngdì xīwàng wǒmen de jìn shí shì wèile xíngshàn, bāngzhù tārén, ér bǎ wǒmen de zuì’è xíngwéi fàng zài yībiān. Wǒ zhīdào zhè kàn qǐlái tài jiǎndānle, bù tài zhēnshí, dàn rúguǒ nǐ zài dǎogào zhōng, zhǐyào zhuānzhù yú nàxiē yǒu xūyào de rén de xūyào bìng bìmiǎn fànzuì, nàme wǒmen jiù huì xiàng shén hū qiú, wǒmen de zhǔ jiù huì huíyīng wǒmen.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shén duì nǐ yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài běn yè de dǐngbù huò mòwěi, yǒu yīgè “liánxì” liànjiē, qǐng suíshí xiàng wǒ fāsòng xùnxí, wúlùn báitiān háishì wǎnshàng, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò nín kěnéng yǒu de rènhé wèntí.
