Lemos na bíblia em Mateus 5:44
“Eu, porém, vos digo: Amai a vossos inimigos, bendizei os que vos maldizem, fazei bem aos que vos odeiam, e orai pelos que vos maltratam e vos perseguem; para que sejais filhos do vosso Pai que está nos céus;”
Em alguns países Árabes a famosa Lei de Talião ainda vigora. Considerada uma das mais antigas do mundo a Lei de Talião ou lei da retaliação diz “olho por olho e dente por dente“, ou seja, exige que o agressor seja punido em igual medida que ele causou. Parece justo certo? Vamos ver alguns casos então.
No ano de 1993 na Jordânia, uma mulher foi pega, acusada pelo marido de olhar para outro homem teve como sentença ter seus olhos perfurados e ficar cega para sempre. Apesar dos apelos da mulher ninguém acreditou nela e seus olhos foram vazados deixando-a totalmente cega. Após isso seu marido a deixou. Uma mulher Árabe, largada pelo marido e completamente cega. Algum tempo depois o marido afirmou que não tinha certeza se a mulher tinha olhado para outro homem realmente.
Outro caso foi de um fazendeiro, pai de família que foi acusado de estuprar e matar uma mulher. Ele teve os pés e as mãos amarrados a dois cavalos em lados opostos. Os cavalos se afastaram e seus membros foram arrancados de seu corpo e ele morreu agonizando. Na semana seguinte descobriram que o fazendeiro não tinha nada a ver com a morte daquela mulher.
Agora eu pergunto, um pedido de desculpas vai devolver a visão a mulher que teve seus dois olhos vazados? O engano em relação ao estupro vai devolver a vida ao fazendeiro que deixou mulher viúva e filhos órfãos?
Entenda que o nosso conceito de justiça é ridículo. O ser humano não tem a capacidade de ser justo. Nossos erros só causam mais dor e, muitas vezes, dão início a um processo de violência que só acaba quando todos os envolvidos estão mortos.
Não adianta tentar achar justificativa ou razão para dar o troco em alguém, sempre será injusto e produzirá mais violência. Deus nos ensina a amarmos nossos inimigos também. Ame até mesmo aquele que te fez mau e ore para que este se converta. Isso só é possível com Deus em nosso coração.

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth?
We read in the bible in Matthew 5:44
“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that mistreat you and persecute you; that ye may be children of your Father which is in heaven;”
In some Arab countries the famous Law of Talion is still in force. Considered one of the oldest in the world, the Law of Talion or retaliation law says “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth”, that is, it requires the aggressor to be punished in equal measure that he caused. Sounds fair right? Let’s see some cases then.
In 1993 in Jordan, a woman was caught, accused by her husband of looking at another man, sentenced to have her eyes pierced and to remain blind forever. Despite the woman’s pleas no one believed her and her eyes were leaked out leaving her totally blind. After that her husband left her. An Arab woman, left by her husband and completely blind. Some time later the husband stated that he was not sure if the woman had really looked at another man.
Another case was that of a farmer, father of a family who was accused of raping and killing a woman. He had his feet and hands tied to two horses on opposite sides. The horses pulled away and his limbs were ripped from his body and he died in agony. The following week they found out that the farmer had nothing to do with the woman’s death.
Now I ask, will an apology restore sight to the woman who had both her eyes gouged out? Will the deceit in relation to rape give life back to the farmer who left a widowed wife and orphaned children?
Understand that our concept of justice is ridiculous. The human being does not have the capacity to be fair. Our mistakes only cause more pain and often start a process of violence that only ends when everyone involved is dead.
It’s no use trying to find a justification or reason to pay someone back, it will always be unfair and will produce more violence. God teaches us to love our enemies too. Love even the one who has wronged you and pray for him to be converted. This is only possible with God in our hearts.

Yǐ yǎn hái yǎn, yǐyáháiyá?
我們在聖經中讀到馬太福音 5:44

明白我們的正義觀念是荒謬的。人類沒有公平的能力。我們的錯誤只會導致更多的痛苦，並且往往會引發一個暴力過程，只有當所有相關人員都死了才會結束。

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào mǎ tài fúyīn 5:44

zài yīxiē ālābó guójiā, zhùmíng de tǎ lì wēng fǎ réngrán yǒuxiào. Bèi rènwéi shì shìjiè shàng zuì gǔlǎo de fǎlǜ zhī yī,Talion fǎ huò bàofù fǎ shuō “yǐ yǎn hái yǎn, yǐyáháiyá”, yě jiùshì shuō, tā yāoqiú qīnlüè zhě shòudào yǔqí zàochéng de tóngděng chéngdù de chéngfá. Tīng qǐlái hěn gōngpíng ba? Nà wǒmen lái kàn yīxiē ànlì.
1993 Nián zài yuēdàn, yī míng fùnǚ bèi zhuāhuò, bèi tā de zhàngfū zhǐkòng kànzhe lìng yīgè nánrén, bèi pànchǔ dǎyǎn bìng yǒngyuǎn shīmíng. Jǐnguǎn nǚrén kěnqiú, dàn méiyǒu rén xiāngxìn tā, tā de yǎnjīng bèi lòuguāngle, ràng tā wánquán shīmíng. Zhīhòu, tā de zhàngfū líkāile tā. Yīgè ālābó fùnǚ, bèi zhàngfū yíqì, wánquán shīmíng.Guòle yīduàn shíjiān, zhàngfū shuō tā bù quèdìng nàgè nǚrén shìfǒu zhēn de kànguò lìng yīgè nánrén.
Lìng yīgè ànlì shì yīgè nóngmín, yīgè jiātíng de fùqīn pī zhǐkòng qiángjiān hé shāhài yī míng fùnǚ. Tā de jiǎo hé shǒu bèi bǎng zài duìmiàn de liǎng pǐ mǎshàng. Mǎ bèi lā kāi, tā de sìzhī cóng tā de shēntǐ shàng chě xiàlái, tā zài tòngkǔ zhōng sǐqù. Jiē xiàlái de yīzhōu, tāmen fāxiàn nóngfū yǔ zhè míng fùnǚ de sǐ wúguān.
Xiànzài wǒ wèn, dàoqiàn shìfǒu néng ràng shuāng yǎn bèi wā diào de nǚrén huīfù shìlì? Yǔ qiángjiān yǒuguān de qīpiàn shìfǒu huì ràng liú xià guǎfù hé gū’ér de nóngmín chóng huò xīnshēng?
Míngbái wǒmen de zhèngyì guānniàn shì huāngmiù de. Rénlèi méiyǒu gōngpíng de nénglì. Wǒmen de cuòwù zhǐ huì dǎozhì gèng duō de tòngkǔ, bìngqiě wǎngwǎng huì yǐnfā yīgè bàolì guòchéng, zhǐyǒu dāng suǒyǒu xiāngguān rényuán dōu sǐle cái huì jiéshù.
Shìtú zhǎo yīgè lǐyóu huò lǐyóu lái huíbào mǒu rén shì méiyǒu yòng de, zhè zǒng shì bù gōngpíng de, bìngqiě huì chǎnshēng gèng duō de bàolì. Shàngdì yě jiàodǎo wǒmen yào ài wǒmen de dírén. Shènzhì yào ài shānghài nǐ de rén, bìng wèi tā huǐgǎi dǎogào. Zhè zhǐyǒu zài wǒmen xīnzhōng yǒu shàngdì de shíhòu cái yǒu kěnéng.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
