“Levantarei os meus olhos para os montes, de onde vem o meu socorro. O meu socorro vem do Senhor que fez o céu e a terra.”
Se olharmos para as trevas, a tendência é mergulhar cada vez mais fundo nelas. Mas, quando olhamos para a luz, a esperança enche nosso coração. Uma pessoa que está afundando na areia movediça olha para cima ou ao lado para ver se há alguma coisa para se agarrar e escapar da morte. Esta pessoa nunca vai olhar para a lama ou para o fundo dela.
Quando olhamos para o ser humano (inclusive nós mesmos) não teremos nada de bom para nos manter com esperança e fé na vida. O nosso foco precisa ser Cristo. Ele nos orienta que, no mundo teremos aflições, mas precisamos ter bom ânimo porque isso aqui não é o fim.
A noite é sempre mais escura antes de nascer a luz de um novo dia. Veja o que diz em Filipenses 4:8 e 9 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai. O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.”.

What to do if I've already lost hope?
We read in the bible in Psalms 121:1 and 2
“I will lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from. My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth.”
If we look at the darkness, the tendency is to delve deeper and deeper into it. But when we look to the light, hope fills our hearts. A person sinking in quicksand looks up or to the side to see if there is anything to cling to and escape death. This person will never look at the mud or the bottom of it.
When we look at the human being (including ourselves) we won’t have anything good to keep us with hope and faith in life. Our focus needs to be Christ. He guides us that in the world we will have tribulation, but we need to be of good cheer because this is not the end.
The night is always darkest before the light of a new day dawns. See what it says in Philippians 4:8 and 9 “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is which is of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about it. What you also learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.”

我們讀到聖經詩篇 121:1 和 2

Wǒmen dú dào shèngjīng shīpiān 121:1 Hé 2
“wǒ yào jǔmù kàn shān, wǒ de bāngzhù cóng hé ér lái. Wǒ de bāngzhù láizì chuàngzào tiāndì de zhǔ.”
Rúguǒ wǒmen kàn hēi’àn, qūshì shì yuè lái yuè shēnrù dì yánjiū tā. Dànshì dāng wǒmen yǎngwàng guāngmíng shí, xīwàng chōngmǎnle wǒmen de xīn. Chén rù liúshā zhōng de rén táitóu huò cèshēn, kàn yǒu méiyǒu shé me dōngxī kěyǐ zhuāzhe, miǎndé sǐqù. Zhège rén yǒngyuǎn bù huì kàn níbā huò tā de dǐbù.
Dāng wǒmen shěnshì rénlèi (bāokuò wǒmen zìjǐ) shí, wǒmen bù huì yǒu rènhé hǎo de dōngxī ràng wǒmen duì shēnghuó chōngmǎn xīwàng hé xìnniàn. Wǒmen de jiāodiǎn bìxū shì jīdū. Tā zhǐdǎo wǒmen, zài shìjiè shàng wǒmen huì yǒu kǔnàn, dàn wǒmen xūyào zhènzuò qǐlái, yīnwèi zhè bùshì jiéshù.
Zài xīn yītiān de shǔguāng chūxiàn zhīqián, hēiyè zǒng shì zuì hēi’àn de. Kàn kàn féi lì bǐ shū 4 zhāng 8 jié hé 9 jié shì zěnme shuō de:“Dìxiōngmen, zuìhòu, fánshì zhēnshí de, fánshì kě jìng de, fánshì gōngyì de, fánshì chúnjié de, fánshì kě’ài de, fánshì yǒumíng de, ruò yǒu shé me měidé, rúguǒ yǒu rènhé zànměi, qǐng kǎolǜ yīxià. Nǐ zài wǒ shēnshang xué dào de, jiēshòu de, tīngdào de hé kàn dào de, dōu shì zhèyàng zuò de; cì píng’ān dì shén bì yǔ nǐ tóng zài.”

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ yǒu méiyǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Ń, zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
