Lemos na bíblia em Filipenses 4:8
“Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, honesto, justo, puro, amável, de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai.”
O nosso cérebro cria conexões ou “pontes” a cada momento de prazer que nós temos. Quando fazemos sexo, quando comemos uma comida deliciosa, quando bebemos muito álcool ou mesmo, quando ingerimos algum tipo de droga ou entorpecente. Sempre que repetimos a ação de prazer, estas pontes se ligam novamente. Imagine uma ponte sólida e bastante iluminada. Pois bem, através destas pontes, nossos neurônios vão e vem trazendo e levando informações para o restante do corpo.
Quando o viciado em drogas (por exemplo) faz um tratamento ou simplesmente abandona o entorpecente, com o tempo, estas pontes se apagam e a pessoa passa a exercer controle sobre o vício. Se o viciado voltar a se drogar, as luzes das pontes neurais voltam a se acender. Não importa se faz 10 anos que ele não consome drogas, a conexão neural do vício se acende no mesmo instante em que ele volta a se drogar. Essa reação também ocorre para outros vícios como a comida, o sexo, o álcool, etc.
Como vencer? A bíblia nos ensina em Filipenses 4:8 e 9 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai. O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.”. Se preenchermos nossa mente com as coisas de Deus, dificilmente o inimigo terá acesso à nossa vontade. Quanto mais próximos da luz, mais longe das trevas. Pense nisso!

Is Pleasure an Addiction? How to Beat Addiction?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:8
“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
Our brain creates connections or “bridges” with every moment of pleasure we have. When we have sex, when we eat delicious food, when we drink a lot of alcohol or even when we ingest some kind of drug or narcotic. Whenever we repeat the action of pleasure, these bridges reconnect. Imagine a solid, brightly lit bridge. Well, through these bridges, our neurons come and go bringing and taking information to the rest of the body.
When the drug addict (for example) undergoes treatment or simply abandons the drug, over time, these bridges are erased and the person begins to exercise control over the addiction. If the addict takes the drug again, the lights on the neural bridges come back on. It doesn’t matter if he hasn’t used drugs in 10 years, the neural connection of addiction lights up the moment he takes drugs again. This reaction also occurs for other addictions like food, sex, alcohol, etc.
How to win? The bible teaches us in Philippians 4:8 and 9 “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is which is of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about it. What you also learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.” If we fill our minds with the things of God, the enemy will hardly have access to our will. The closer to the light, the further from the darkness. Think about it!

Ń, tōngguò zhèxiē qiáoliáng, wǒmen de shénjīng yuán láilái qù qù, jiāng xìnxī dài dào shēntǐ de qítā bùfèn.
Dāng xīdú zhě (lìrú) jiēshòu zhìliáo huò jiǎndān de fàngqì xīdú shí, suízhe shíjiān de tuīyí, zhèxiē qiáoliáng bèi mǒ qù, rénmen kāishǐ duì chéng yǐn jìnxíng kòngzhì. Rúguǒ xīdú zhě zàicì xīdú, shénjīng qiáoshàng de dēng jiù huì chóngxīn liàng qǐ. 10 Nián bù xīdú méiguānxì, zài tā zàicì xīdú dí nà yīkè, chéng yǐn de shénjīng liánxì jiù liàngle. Zhè zhǒng fǎnyìng yě huì fāshēng zài qítā chéng yǐn shàng, rú shíwù, xìng, jiǔjīng děng.
