Lemos na bíblia em Romanos 12:19
“Não vos vingueis a vós mesmos, amados, mas dai lugar à ira, porque está escrito: Minha é a vingança; eu recompensarei, diz o Senhor.”
No antigo testamento, o salmista ora para que Deus destrua seu inimigo porém, Cristo trouxe a reconciliação, o perdão e até a oração pelos inimigos como vemos em Mateus 5:44 “… amai a vossos inimigos, bendizei os que vos maldizem, fazei bem aos que vos odeiam, e orai pelos que vos maltratam e vos perseguem; para que sejais filhos do vosso Pai que está nos céus;”.
A vingança pertence a Deus, Deus é o JUSTO juiz e fará, no tempo certo, a justiça conforme Ele mesmo determinar.
Entendo que é difícil orar por alguém que te fez mal ou que está te prejudicando, mas sua oração deve ser no sentido de que esta pessoa se converta e, desta forma, a sua vida se torne melhor. A bíblia nos diz que quando oramos por nossos inimigos amontoamos brasas vivas sobre a cabeça deles.

Can a Christian Pray for God to Kill Someone?
We read in the bible in Romans 12:19
“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but give place to wrath, for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will reward, says the Lord.”
In the old testament, the psalmist prays for God to destroy his enemy, however, Christ brought reconciliation, forgiveness and even prayer for enemies as we see in Matthew 5:44 “… love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use you and persecute you; that ye may be children of your Father which is in heaven;”.
Vengeance belongs to God, God is the JUST judge and will, at the right time, do justice as He determines.
I understand that it is difficult to pray for someone who has wronged you or is harming you, but your prayer should be that this person converts and, in this way, your life becomes better. The bible tells us that when we pray for our enemies, we heap burning coals on their heads.

基督徒可以祈求上帝殺人嗎？
Jīdū tú kěyǐ qíqiú shàngdì shārén ma?
我們在羅馬書 12:19 中讀到
“親愛的，不要為自己報仇，而要讓憤怒讓位，因為經上記著說，報仇是我的；我會獎賞的，主說。”
在舊約中，詩人祈求上帝消滅他的敵人，然而，正如我們在馬太福音 5:44 中看到的那樣，基督帶來了和解、寬恕，甚至為敵人祈禱“……愛你的敵人，祝福那些詛咒你的人，做善待那些恨你的人，為那些惡意利用你、迫害你的人祈禱；使你們可以成為你們在天上的父的兒女；”。

Fùchóu shǔyú shàngdì, shàngdì shì gōngzhèng de fǎguān, tā huì zài shìdàng de shíhòu ànzhào tā de juédìng shēnzhāng zhèngyì.
Wǒ zhīdào wéiyīgè yuānwǎng nǐ huò shānghài nǐ de rén qídǎo shì hěn kùnnán de, dàn nǐ de qídǎo yīnggāi shì zhège rén guīyī, zhèyàng nǐ de shēnghuó jiù huì biàn dé gèng hǎo. Shèngjīng gàosù wǒmen, dāng wǒmen wèi wǒmen de dírén qídǎo shí, wǒmen huì zài tāmen de tóushàng duī qǐ ránshāo de méitàn.
