Lemos na bíblia em Salmos 30:5
“Porque a sua ira dura só um momento; no seu favor está a vida. O choro pode durar uma noite, mas a alegria vem pela manhã.”
O sofrimento pode durar um período, mas vai raiar o sol de uma nova manhã em sua vida com certeza, nenhum problema dura pra sempre e este que você está vivendo agora é questão de tempo para acabar. Creio verdadeiramente que você vai vencer em Cristo o problema que enfrenta hoje.
Aprendo com a bíblia que na vida teremos aflições, problemas, tristezas, mas precisamos nos animar novamente pois Cristo já venceu todas estas coisas e nos dá também a vitória. Porém a vitória nem sempre vem no tempo que esperamos e nem sempre da forma que queremos, mas a bíblia também nos ensina que todas as coisas cooperam para o bem daqueles que amam a Deus.
Sei que é difícil acreditar que um problema, tristeza ou dificuldade vai cooperar para o seu bem, mas o que está acontecendo agora vai te fazer crescer, adquirir maturidade e, principalmente ajudar pessoas que estão passando pela mesma situação.
Aquele que passa fome consegue sentir o que o faminto sente e sabe do que ele precisa. Se você já passou fome, quando passar por alguém pedindo comida vai, certamente, se solidarizar e procurar ajudar sempre que possível. Assim como você existem centenas, talvez milhares de pessoas passando por sofrimentos semelhantes aos seus, mas isso vai passar.
Não viveremos constantemente nos problemas, o choro pode durar uma noite, mas a alegria vem pela manhã. Somos livres para não precisarmos viver em angústia e sofrimento e, aprendemos a sair deles através da leitura da Bíblia e do aprendizado que teremos lá.

Crying can last a night but
We read in the bible in Psalm 30:5
“Because your anger lasts only a moment; in your favor is life. Crying may last a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
The suffering may last a period, but the sun will rise of a new morning in your life for sure, no problem lasts forever and this one you are experiencing now is a matter of time to end. I truly believe that in Christ you will overcome the problem you are facing today.
I learn from the bible that in life we will have afflictions, problems, sorrows, but we need to be encouraged again because Christ has already conquered all these things and also gives us the victory. However, victory does not always come in the time we expect and not always in the way we want, but the bible also teaches us that all things work together for the good of those who love God.
I know it’s hard to believe that a problem, sadness or difficulty will work for you, but what’s happening now will make you grow, acquire maturity and, above all, help people who are going through the same situation.
The hungry can feel what the hungry feels and knows what he needs. If you have ever been hungry, when you pass someone asking for food, you will certainly sympathize and try to help whenever possible. Just like you there are hundreds, maybe thousands of people going through sufferings similar to yours, but it will pass.
We will not live constantly in problems, crying may last one night, but joy comes in the morning. We are free to not need to live in anguish and suffering and we learn to get out of them through reading the Bible and learning that we will have there.

哭泣可以持續一夜，但
Kūqì kěyǐ chíxù yīyè, dàn
我們在聖經中讀到詩篇 30:5
“因為你的憤怒只持續片刻；對你有利的是生命。哭泣可能持續一夜，但快樂會在早晨到來。”
痛苦可能會持續一段時間，但太陽肯定會在您的生活中迎來新的早晨，沒有問題會永遠持續下去，而您現在正在經歷的只是時間問題。我真的相信在基督裡你會克服你今天面臨的問題。
我從聖經中了解到，在生活中，我們會有苦難、問題、悲傷，但我們需要再次受到鼓勵，因為基督已經征服了這一切，也給了我們勝利。然而，勝利並不總是在我們期望的時候到來，也不總是以我們想要的方式到來，但聖經也教導我們，萬事互相效力，使愛神的人得益處。

“Yīnwèi nǐ de fènnù zhǐ chíxù piànkè; duì nǐ yǒulì de shì shēngmìng. Kūqì kěnéng chíxù yīyè, dàn kuài yuè huì zài zǎochén dàolái.”
Tòngkǔ kěnéng huì chíxù yīduàn shíjiān, dàn tàiyáng kěndìng huì zài nín de shēnghuó zhōng yíng lái xīn de zǎochén, méiyǒu wèntí huì yǒngyuǎn chíxù xiàqù, ér nín xiànzài zhèngzài jīnglì de zhǐshì shíjiān wèntí. Wǒ zhēn de xiāngxìn zài jīdū lǐ nǐ huì kèfú nǐ jīntiān miànlín de wèntí.
Wǒ cóng shèngjīng zhōng liǎojiě dào, zài shēnghuó zhōng, wǒmen huì yǒu kǔnàn, wèntí, bēishāng, dàn wǒmen xūyào zàicì shòudào gǔlì, yīnwèi jīdū yǐjīng zhēngfúle zhè yīqiè, yě gěile wǒmen shènglì. Rán’ér, shènglì bìng bù zǒng shì zài wǒmen qīwàng de shíhòu dàolái, yě bù zǒng shì yǐ wǒmen xiǎng yào de fāngshì dàolái, dàn shèngjīng yě jiàodǎo wǒmen, wànshì hùxiāng xiàolì, shǐ ài shén de rén dé yìchu.
Wǒ zhīdào hěn nàn xiāngxìn yīgè wèntí, bēishāng huò kùnnán huì duì nǐ yǒuyòng, dàn xiànzài fāshēng de shìqíng huì ràng nǐ chéngzhǎng, biàn dé chéngshú, zuì zhòngyào de shì, bāngzhù nàxiē zhèngzài jīnglì tóngyàng qíngkuàng de rén.
Jī’è zhě néng gǎnshòu dào jī’è zhě de gǎnshòu, zhīdào zìjǐ xūyào shénme. Rúguǒ nǐ céngjīng èguò, dāng nǐ lùguò yǒurén yào shíwù shí, nǐ kěndìng huì tóngqíng bìng jǐn kěnéng de tígōng bāngzhù. Jiù xiàng nǐ yīyàng, yǒu shù bǎi shènzhì shù qiān rén zhèngzài jīnglì yǔ nǐ xiāngsì de tòngkǔ, dàn tā huì guòqù de.
Wǒmen bù huì yīzhí shēnghuó zài wèntí zhōng, kūqì kěnéng chíxù yīyè, dàn kuài yuè huì zài zǎoshang dàolái. Wǒmen kěyǐ zìyóu dì bùbì shēnghuó zài tòngkǔ hé kǔnàn zhōng, wǒmen tōngguò yuèdú shèngjīng hé liǎojiě wǒmen jiàng zài nàlǐ xuéhuì bǎituō tāmen.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
Shàngdì zhùfú nǐ.
