Lemos na bíblia em Ezequiel 18:20
“A alma que pecar, essa morrerá; o filho não levará a iniquidade do pai, nem o pai levará a iniquidade do filho.”
Não. Nem o autismo nem nenhuma outra doença ou condição de saúde debilitada pode ser considerada maldição hereditária. Aliás a bíblia deixa isso bem claro no versículo acima. Existem condições genéticas que passam de pai para filho e, podem causar doenças neste sentido mas, ainda assim, não tem nenhuma relação com maldições hereditárias.
A criança com autismo traz muita atenção para si, pois o transtorno do espectro autista apresenta, entre outras coisas, déficit nas relações sociais e dificuldades de comunicação. Neste sentido, a criança ou adulto com este transtorno tende a se manifestar – muitas vezes – com gritos como se estivesse sendo agredida ou torturada. Isso é resultado do incômodo ou desconforto que a pessoa sofre e, na dificuldade de se comunicar ela grita.
Todos nós nascemos deficientes por causa do pecado e precisamos de salvação. Deus não desistiu de nós e Cristo deu sua vida em sacrifício para nos salvar. Portanto, não devemos desistir de nenhuma vida. Mesmo que ela venha com algum defeito aparente, ainda assim foi Deus quem permitiu que esta vida fosse introduzida sob nossos cuidados. O que aparentemente se apresenta como “maldição” pode ser bênção e acabar ajudando milhares de pessoas quando você dá amor ao doente e ajuda aos que tem necessidade. “Amar ao próximo como a si mesmo”.

Can Autism Be a Hereditary Curse?
We read in the bible in Ezekiel 18:20
“The soul that sinneth, it shall die; the son will not bear the iniquity of the father, neither will the father bear the iniquity of the son.”
Not. Neither autism nor any other disease or ill health condition can be considered a hereditary curse. In fact, the bible makes this very clear in the above verse. There are genetic conditions that pass from father to son and can cause diseases in this sense, but even so, they have nothing to do with hereditary curses.
The child with autism brings a lot of attention to himself, because the autistic spectrum disorder presents, among other things, deficit in social relationships and communication difficulties. In this sense, the child or adult with this disorder tends to manifest – many times – with screams as if they were being attacked or tortured. This is a result of the discomfort or discomfort that the person suffers and, in the difficulty of communicating, he screams.
We are all born disabled because of sin and we need salvation. God did not give up on us and Christ gave his life in sacrifice to save us. Therefore, we must not give up any life. Even if it comes with some apparent defect, it is still God who allowed this life to be brought into our care. What appears to be a “curse” can be a blessing and end up helping thousands of people when you give love to the sick and help those in need. “Love your neighbor as yourself”.

Wǒmen dōu yīn zuì ér shēng ér cánjí, wǒmen xūyào jiùshú. Shàngdì méiyǒu fàngqì wǒmen, jīdū wèile zhěngjiù wǒmen xīshēngle zìjǐ de shēngmìng. Yīncǐ, wǒmen jué bùnéng fàngqì rènhé shēngmìng. Aprendo com a bíblia que algumas enfermidades que acompanham a pessoa desde o nascimento, servem para um propósito específico.
Milhões de pessoas são ajudadas em todo o mundo por instituições fundadas por pessoas ou familiares que possuem doenças raras e de nascença.
Sem estas instituições seria impossível ter encontrado a cura ou tratamento para diversas doenças.
Algumas destas enfermidades ainda não tem cura mas, as pessoas conseguem viver muito melhor do que viviam antes.
Através do contato com estas instituições (inclusive para autistas) uma nova família é formada.
São pessoas que se ajudam e se apoiam em praticamente tudo.
Quando algo assim acontece conosco ou em nossa família Deus nos dá a oportunidade de sermos ajudados, termos uma rede de apoio e sustentação e, ao mesmo tempo de prestar ajuda ao próximo.
Existem estudos avançados na área do espectro autista que fazem da vida do paciente extremamente melhor.
