Lemos na bíblia em 1ª João 1:9
“Se confessarmos os nossos pecados, ele é fiel e justo para nos perdoar os pecados, e nos purificar de toda a injustiça.”
É comum sentirmos vergonha após termos feito algo errado. Ainda mais se repetimos um mesmo erro ou pecado constantemente. Neste caso orar e pedir perdão a Deus fica mais difícil pois sabemos que vamos cair novamente naquele mesmo erro e, parece que o arrependimento não aconteceu. Nos sentindo hipócritas e deixamos de pedir perdão.
Nunca deixe de confessar a Deus seus pecados, não importa quantas vezes tenha cometido e nem se sentiu prazer nele. Na verdade, o pecado costuma gerar prazer, é por isso que voltamos a pecar novamente. O que é necessário entender aqui é que mesmo sendo cristãos, vamos continuar pecadores até o momento de nossa morte. A diferença é que após cair em pecado, vamos confessar a Deus nosso erro, nos reconciliar com o Senhor e seguir lutando para não cair novamente.
Nada do que você faça vai fazer Deus te amar menos. Nunca tenha medo de ir até Deus, não importa o que houve. O arrependimento não está ligado ao prazer que o pecado proporcionou, mas a quebra da comunhão que houve ao pecar. Então, confesse a Deus seus pecados e feche as portas e as facilidades que te levam a pecar. Se necessário for bloqueie sites; exclua pessoas; evite lugares. Você não está só nessa luta, Deus vai te ajudar.

I'm Ashamed to Apologize, What Do I Do?
We read in the bible in 1 John 1:9
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
It is common to feel shame after we have done something wrong. Even more if we repeat the same mistake or sin constantly. In this case praying and asking God for forgiveness is more difficult because we know that we will fall into that same mistake again and it seems that repentance has not happened. Feeling hypocritical and stop asking for forgiveness.
Never fail to confess your sins to God, no matter how many times you have committed them and how many times you have not felt pleasure in them. In fact, sin often generates pleasure, that’s why we go back to sinning again. What is necessary to understand here is that even though we are Christians, we will remain sinners until the moment of our death. The difference is that after falling into sin, we will confess our mistake to God, reconcile ourselves with the Lord and keep fighting not to fall again.
Nothing you do will make God love you less. Never be afraid to go to God, no matter what. Repentance is not connected with the pleasure that sin provided, but the breaking of the communion that there was in sinning. So, confess your sins to God and close the doors and facilities that lead you to sin. If necessary, block sites; exclude people; avoid places. You are not alone in this fight, God will help you.

我們在約翰一書 1:9 中讀到聖經

Yǒngyuǎn bùyào bù xiàng shàngdì chéngrèn nǐ de zuì, wúlùn nǐ fànle duōshǎo cì zuì, duōshǎo cì nǐ méiyǒu duì tāmen gǎndào gāoxìng. Shìshí shàng, zuì wǎngwǎng huì chǎnshēng kuàilè, zhè jiùshì wèishéme wǒmen huì zàicì fànzuì. Zhèlǐ yǒu bìyào liǎojiě de shì, jíshǐ wǒmen shì jīdū tú, wǒmen réngrán shì zuìrén, zhídào wǒmen sǐqù dì nà yīkè. Bùtóng de shì, wǒmen zài fànzuì zhīhòu, huì xiàng shén chéngrèn zìjǐ de cuòwù, yǔ zhǔ hé hǎo, jìxù zhēngzhàn, bù zài diédǎo.
Nǐ suǒ zuò de rènhé shì dōu bù huì ràng shén shǎo ài nǐ. Wúlùn rúhé, yǒngyuǎn bùyào hàipà qù jiàn shàngdì. Huǐgǎi yǔ zuì suǒ tígōng de kuàilè wúguān, ér shì yǔ fànzuì zhōng de gòng róng pòliè yǒuguān. Suǒyǐ, xiàng shàngdì chéngrèn nǐ de zuì, guānbì dǎozhì nǐ fànzuì de mén hé shèshī. Rú yǒu bìyào, píngbì wǎngzhàn; páichú rén; bì kāi dìfāng. Zài zhè chǎng zhàndòu zhōng, nǐ bìng bù gūdān, shàngdì huì bāngzhù nǐ.
