Lemos na bíblia em Colossenses 3:13
“Suportando-vos uns aos outros, e perdoando-vos uns aos outros, se alguém tiver queixa contra outro; assim como Cristo vos perdoou, assim fazei vós também.”
O perdão não está relacionado com a raiva que está sentindo agora, nem com o quanto você ainda gosta da pessoa que te fez algum mal. Também não está relacionado com a quantidade ou qualidade do pecado que cometeram contra você. O perdão não leva em consideração o que a pessoa fez contra você, mas o que Jesus Cristo fez por toda a humanidade. Ele perdoou você mesmo não merecendo.
Perdoar não significa voltar a confiar, nem mesmo voltar a conviver com a pessoa que te fez mal. É comum deixarmos de confiar e até mesmo nos afastar da pessoa que errou contra nós, mas não se esqueça de que você também é capaz de causar o mal, lembre-se de quantas vezes você também já errou.
Perdoar é liberar a pessoa de algo que te prende junto com ela. Quando a raiva e o rancor prevalecem, é como se uma pequena corda de ódio unisse vocês dois e, todas as coisas ruins que acontecerem com a outra pessoa, acabarão acontecendo com você também. Corte essa corda, libere o perdão. Como você pede em oração para que Deus te perdoe assim como você tem perdoado aqueles que te ofenderam, então perdoe também para que você também alcance misericórdia da parte de Deus.

What if I Can't Forgive the Other Person?
We read in the bible in Colossians 3:13
“By putting up with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a grievance against another; as Christ forgave you, so do ye also.”
Forgiveness is not about how angry you are right now, or how much you still care about the person who hurt you. Nor is it related to the quantity or quality of the sin they committed against you. Forgiveness does not take into account what the person has done to you, but what Jesus Christ has done for all mankind. He forgave you even though you didn’t deserve it.
Forgiving doesn’t mean trusting again, not even getting back to living with the person who hurt you. It is common for us to stop trusting and even distance ourselves from the person who wronged us, but don’t forget that you are also capable of causing evil, remember how many times you have also made mistakes.
Forgiving is releasing the person from something that holds you together with them. When anger and resentment prevail, it’s as if a little string of hate binds the two of you together, and all the bad things that happen to the other person will end up happening to you too. Cut that rope, release forgiveness. As you ask in prayer that God forgives you just as you have forgiven those who have wronged you, so also forgive so that you too may obtain mercy from God.

如果我不能原諒另一個人怎麼辦？
Rúguǒ wǒ bùnéng yuánliàng lìng yīgèrén zěnme bàn?
我們在歌羅西書 3:13 中讀到
“如果有人對另一個人有不滿，就互相容忍，互相寬恕；正如基督寬恕了你們，你們也一樣。”
寬恕不是關於你現在有多生氣，或者你是否仍然關心傷害你的人。這也與他們對你犯下的罪的數量或質量無關。寬恕不考慮這個人對你做了什麼，而是考慮耶穌基督為全人類所做的。即使你不值得，他也原諒了你。

Kuānshù shì bǎ rén cóng bǎ nǐ hé tāmen liánxì zài yīqǐ de dōngxī zhōng shìfàng chūlái. Dāng fènnù hé yuànhèn shèngxíng shí, jiù hǎoxiàng yī gēn xiǎo xiǎo de chóuhèn bǎ nǐmen liǎng gè bǎng zài yīqǐ, suǒyǒu fāshēng zài duìfāng shēnshang de huàishì, zuìzhōng yě huì fāshēng zài nǐ shēnshang. Jiǎn duàn nà gēn shéngzi, shìfàng kuānshù. Dāng nǐ zài dǎogào zhōng qíqiú shàngdì yuánliàng nǐ, jiù xiàng nǐ yuánliàngle nàxiē shānghài nǐ de rén yīyàng, yě yào yuánliàng nǐ, zhèyàng nǐ yě kěyǐ cóng shàngdì nàlǐ dédào liánmǐn.
