Lemos na bíblia em Atos 5:29
“Porém, respondendo Pedro e os apóstolos, disseram: Mais importa obedecer a Deus do que aos homens.”
Devemos obedecer a Deus acima de tudo e de todos. Essa atitude de Pedro e dos outros Apóstolos diante da ameaça das autoridades romanas para pararem de pregar o evangelho, não entra em contradição com o que diz em Romanos 13:1 “Toda a alma esteja sujeita às autoridades superiores; porque não há autoridade que não venha de Deus; e as autoridades que há foram ordenadas por Deus.”.
A maior de todas as autoridades é o próprio Deus. Cristo ordenou que pregássemos o evangelho a toda a criatura. Se alguém quiser impedir isso deve ser ignorado sem nenhuma sombra de dúvida. Os Apóstolos foram presos, perseguidos, humilhados, torturados e mortos por esse propósito.
Tenha em mente que devemos sim, obedecer às autoridades em todo o momento, mas, se qualquer autoridade contradisser a autoridade máxima que é Deus, perderá imediatamente seu poder de autoridade sobre nós.

Should I Obey God or Men?
We read in the bible in Acts 5:29
“But Peter and the apostles answered and said, It is better to obey God than men.”
We must obey God above everything and everyone. This attitude of Peter and the other Apostles in the face of the threat of the Roman authorities to stop preaching the gospel, does not contradict what it says in Romans 13:1 “Let every soul be subject to the superior authorities; for there is no authority that does not come from God; and the authorities that are are ordained of God.”
The greatest of all authorities is God himself. Christ commanded us to preach the gospel to every creature. If anyone wants to prevent this, he should be ignored without a shadow of a doubt. The Apostles were arrested, persecuted, humiliated, tortured and killed for this purpose.
Keep in mind that we must obey the authorities at all times, but if any authority contradicts the ultimate authority that is God, it will immediately lose its power of authority over us.

我們在使徒行傳 5:29 中讀到聖經
“但彼得和使徒回答說，順從上帝比順從人強。”
我們必須服從上帝高於一切和所有人。面對羅馬當局停止傳福音的威脅，彼得和其他使徒的態度與羅馬書 13:1 所說的“人人當順服在上的當局；因為沒有權柄不是出於上帝的；和上帝所設立的權威。”

Suǒyǒu quánwēi zhōng zuì wěidà de jiùshì shàngdì zìjǐ. Jīdū mìnglìng wǒmen xiàng měi yīgè shòu zào zhī wù chuán fúyīn. Rúguǒ yǒu rén xiǎng zǔzhǐ zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng, tā yīnggāi bèi háo wú yíwèn de hūlüè. Wèi cǐ, shǐtúmen bèi dàibǔ, pòhài, xiūrù, zhémó hé shāhài.
Qǐng jì zhù, wǒmen bìxū shǐzhōng fúcóng quánwēi, dàn rúguǒ rènhé quánwēi yǔ shàngdì de zuìzhōng quánwēi xiāng máodùn, tā jiāng lìjí shīqù duì wǒmen de quánwēi.
