Estamos mais perto do que nunca da volta de Cristo e do início do derramar da ira de Deus sobre a terra no evento conhecido como “Grande Tribulação”. Pessoas em todo o mundo, tentam se preparar para suportar o que está por vir. Afinal, devemos olhar para o problema ou para a solução?
O cristão verdadeiro não foca na tribulação, no juízo e no caos que estão por vir. O cristão verdadeiro se mantém buscando a Cristo, sabendo que estas coisas não foram destinadas para ele. Veja o que diz em Apocalipse 3:10 “Porque guardaste a palavra da minha paciência, também eu te guardarei da hora da tentação que há de vir sobre todo o mundo, para tentar os que habitam na terra.”
Não estaremos aqui, antes de ocorrer a Grande Tribulação e o derramar da ira de Deus sobre a terra, Cristo retornará para buscar sua igreja. Veja o que diz em 1ª Tessalonicenses 4:16–17 “Porque o mesmo Senhor descerá do céu… e os mortos em Cristo ressuscitarão primeiro. Depois nós, os que ficarmos vivos, seremos arrebatados juntamente com eles nas nuvens, a encontrar o Senhor nos ares, e assim estaremos sempre com o Senhor.”.
Veja que após Apocalipse 3, a palavra “igreja” (ekklesía) não aparece novamente nos capítulos que descrevem a Grande Tribulação.
Portanto, busque ao Senhor enquanto ainda se pode encontra-lo e, que Deus nos encontre trabalhando para o reino quando vier nos buscar. Apocalipse 22:20 “Aquele que testifica estas coisas diz: Certamente, cedo venho. Amém! Ora, vem, Senhor Jesus!”.

Should I Prepare for the Apocalypse?
“For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:9
We are closer than ever to the return of Christ and to the beginning of the outpouring of God’s wrath upon the earth in the event known as the “Great Tribulation.” People all over the world are trying to prepare themselves to endure what is to come. After all, should we focus on the problem or on the solution?
The true Christian does not focus on the tribulation, judgment, and chaos that are coming. The true Christian remains focused on seeking Christ, knowing that these things were not appointed for him. See what Revelation 3:10 says: “Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of trial that is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.”
We will not be here during the Great Tribulation and the outpouring of God’s wrath upon the earth, because Christ will return first to take His church. See what 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 says: “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven… and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.”
Notice that after Revelation chapter 3, the word “church” (ekklesía) no longer appears in the chapters that describe the Great Tribulation.
Therefore, seek the Lord while He may be found, and may God find us working for the Kingdom when He comes to take us. Revelation 22:20: “He who testifies to these things says, ‘Yes, I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!”
