Lemos na bíblia em João 11:16
“Disse, pois, Tomé, chamado Dídimo, aos condiscípulos: Vamos nós também, para morrermos com ele.”
Quando Jesus disse aos seus discípulos que voltaria para Judéia, seu discípulos o alertaram em João capítulo 11, que já haviam tentado matá-lo e não entendiam porque Ele queria voltar para a Judéia, mas Tomé, no versículo 16 deste capítulo sugere ir para a Judéia para lá morrerem também, ou seja, Tomé foi o único , naquele momento, que propôs dar sua vida pela causa e por Cristo.
Por razão da nossa cultura, tratamos Tomé como um descrente pois, por ocasião da ressurreição de Cristo, Tomé pediu para tocar nas feridas de Jesus. Este ato é considerado como demonstração de falta de fé. Certamente Tomé teve seu momento de fraqueza, como todos nós temos também, não é verdade? Tomé demonstrou extrema fé e coragem ao propor morrer com Jesus, apesar de todos terem sido perseguidos e mortos pelo evangelho e pelo nome de Cristo.
Nós que somos cristãos verdadeiros precisamos nos perguntar todos os dias, se estamos dispostos a morrer por Cristo se preciso for. Talvez nunca seja preciso mas talvez, assim como milhares de cristãos na história do mundo, seremos perseguidos por pregar o evangelho. Estaremos prontos?

Should we be like Thomas?
We read in the bible in John 11:16
“So Thomas, called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples: We too are going to die with him.”
When Jesus told his disciples that he would return to Judea, his disciples warned him in John chapter 11, that they had already tried to kill him and did not understand why He wanted to return to Judea, but Thomas, in verse 16 of this chapter suggests going to Judea to die there too, that is, Thomas was the only one, at that moment, who proposed to give his life for the cause and for Christ.
Because of our culture, we treated Thomas as an unbeliever because, at the time of Christ’s resurrection, Thomas asked to touch Jesus’ wounds. This act is seen as a demonstration of lack of faith. Certainly Thomas had his moment of weakness, as we all have too, right? Thomas showed extreme faith and courage in proposing to die with Jesus, even though everyone was persecuted and killed for the gospel and the name of Christ.
We who are true Christians need to ask ourselves every day, whether we are willing to die for Christ if need be. It may never be necessary, but perhaps, like thousands of Christians in the history of the world, we will be persecuted for preaching the gospel. Are we ready?

我們應該像托馬斯嗎？

我們讀約翰福音11:16中的聖經
“所以，托馬斯，叫迪迪莫，對他的門徒說：我們也將和他一起死。”

Dāng yēsū gàosù méntú tā yào huí dào yóutài shí, tā de méntú zài yuēhàn fúyīn dì 11 zhāng jǐnggào tā, tāmen yǐjīng shìtú shā sǐ tā, bù míngbái wèishéme tā yào fǎnhuí yóutài, dànshì tuōmǎsī zài běnzhāng dì 16 jié tā yě jiànyì qù yóutài qù sǐ, yě jiùshì shuō, dāngshí tuōmǎsī shì wéiyī yīgè yuànyì wèi shèng gōng hé jīdū xiàn chū shēngmìng de rén.
Yóuyú wǒmen de wénhuà, wǒmen jiāng tuōmǎsī shì wéi bùxìn zhī tú, yīnwèi zài jīdū fùhuó shí, tuōmǎsī yāoqiú fǔmō yēsū de shāngkǒu. Zhè zhǒng xíngwéi bèi shì wéi quēfá xìnyǎng de biǎoxiàn. Dāngrán, tuōmǎsī yěyǒu zìjǐ de ruǎnruò shíkè, jiù xiàng wǒmen suǒyǒu rén yīyàng, duì ma? Jǐnguǎn suǒyǒu rén dōu yīn fúyīn hé jīdū de míngzì ér shòudào pòhài hé shāhài, dàn tuōmǎsī duì tíchū yǔ yēsū tóng sǐ biǎoshì chū jídà de xìnxīn hé yǒngqì.
Wǒmen shì zhēnzhèng de jīdū tú, měitiān dū xūyào wèn zìjǐ, rúguǒ xūyào dehuà, wǒmen shìfǒu yuànyì wèi jīdū ér sǐ. Yěxǔ yǒngyuǎn dōu méiyǒu bìyào, dàn yěxǔ xiàng shìjiè lìshǐ shàng chéng qiān shàng wàn de jīdū tú yīyàng, wǒmen huì yīn chuánbò fúyīn ér shòudào pòhài. Wǒmen zhǔnbèi hǎole ma?

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nín liǎojiě shàngdì duì nín yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn dǐngbù huò mòwěi, yǒu yīgè CONTACT liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé qítā wèntí.
