Lemos na bíblia em Números 23:19
“Deus não é homem, para que minta; nem filho do homem, para que se arrependa; porventura diria ele, e não o faria? Ou falaria, e não o confirmaria?”
Pensemos primeiramente sobre o possível “arrependimento” de Deus por ter criado o homem (Gn. 6.6). A ideia bíblica teológica para arrependeu-se neste caso, é mudar de direção, ou de comportamento ante ao fato do pecado ou erro.
No caso apresentado, Deus apresenta um sentimento causado por traição ou quebra de aliança por parte do homem. O propósito para o qual o homem existe, que é glorificar a Deus, não foi cumprido e o pecado não estava contemplado no plano da criação, logo Deus muda de direção em relação a seu plano original para que a criação não seja completamente destruída.
“Arrependeu-se” é a palavra do nosso vocabulário que mais se aproxima deste significado de mudança completa de direção.
Em outra ocasião Deus deixou de aplicar o castigo, por sentir profunda misericórdia de seu povo. A expressão utilizada para mostrar este sentimento é “arrependeu-se” (Ex.32.14).
Em suma o “arrependimento” exposto significa mudança de planos, pois o plano original não contemplava o pecado, depois que entrou o pecado os planos tiveram que mudar para que a humanidade continuasse a viver. Neste caso: (arrependimento = mudança de planos / direção).

Can God Repent?
We read in the bible in Numbers 23:19
“God is not a man, that he should lie; nor son of man, that he may repent; perhaps he would say, and would not? Would I speak, and not confirm it?”
Let us think first of God’s possible “repentance” for having created man (Gen. 6.6). The biblical theological idea to repent in this case, is to change direction, or behavior in the face of the fact of sin or error.
In the case presented, God presents a feeling caused by the betrayal or breaking of the covenant on the part of man. The purpose for which man exists, which is to glorify God, has not been fulfilled and sin was not contemplated in the plan of creation, so God changes direction in relation to his original plan so that creation is not completely destroyed.
“Repent” is the word in our vocabulary that most closely matches this meaning of a complete change of direction.
On another occasion, God failed to apply punishment, for he felt the deep mercy of his people. The expression used to show this feeling is “repented” (Ex.32.14).
In short, the “repentance” exposed means a change of plans, since the original plan did not contemplate sin, after sin entered, the plans had to change so that humanity could continue to live. In this case: (regret = change of plans / direction).

我們讀民數記23:19
“上帝不是一個人，他應該撒謊。也不是人子，他可以悔改；也許他會說，不會嗎？我會說，但不確認嗎？”
讓我們首先考慮一下上帝造人的可能“悔改”（創世記6.6）。在這種情況下悔改的聖經神學思想是改變方向或面對罪惡或錯誤的行為。

Wǒmen dú mín shù jì 23:19
“Shàngdì bùshì yīgèrén, tā yīnggāi sāhuǎng. Yě bùshì rén zǐ, tā kěyǐ huǐgǎi; yěxǔ tā huì shuō, bù huì ma? Wǒ huì shuō, dàn bù quèrèn ma?”
Ràng wǒmen shǒuxiān kǎolǜ yīxià shàngdì zào rén de kěnéng “huǐgǎi”(chuàngshì jì 6.6). Zài zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng xià huǐgǎi de shèngjīng shénxué sīxiǎng shì gǎibiàn fāngxiàng huò miàn duì zuì’è huò cuòwù de xíngwéi.
Zài zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng xià, shàngdì biǎoxiàn chū yīzhǒng gǎnjué, shì yóuyú rén de bèipàn huò wéifǎn méngyuē ér yǐnqǐ de. Rénlèi róngyào shàngdì de mùdì bìng méiyǒu shíxiàn, zài chuàngzào de jìhuà zhōng yě méiyǒu kǎolǜ dào zuì’è, yīncǐ shàngdì gǎibiànle yǔ tā zuìchū jìhuà yǒuguān de fāngxiàng, yǐ shǐ chuàngzào méiyǒu bèi wánquán cuīhuǐ.
“Huǐgǎi” shì wǒmen cíhuì biǎo zhōng zuì jiējìn wánquán gǎibiàn fāngxiàng de yìsi de dāncí.
Zài lìng yī chǎnghé, shàngdì méiyǒu shījiā chéngfá, yīnwèi tā gǎndào zìjǐ zi mín de shēnqiè liánmǐn. Yòng lái biǎoshì zhè zhǒng gǎnjué de biǎoshù shì “re huǐ de”(lì 32.14).
Jiǎn ér yán zhī,“huǐgǎi” bàolù yìwèizhe jìhuà de gǎibiàn, yīnwèi yuánshǐ de jìhuà méiyǒu kǎolǜ dào zuì’è, zài zuì’è jìnrù zhīhòu, jìhuà bìxū gǎibiàn, yǐbiàn rénlèi nénggòu jìxù shēnghuó. Zài zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng xià:(Hòuhuǐ =gǎibiàn jìhuà/fāngxiàng).

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu céngjīng xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nín liǎojiě shàngdì duì nín yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài yèmiàn dǐngbù huò jiéwěi chù, yǒu yīgè CONTACT liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé qítā wèntí.
