Lemos na bíblia em 1ª Coríntios 10:13
“Não veio sobre vós tentação, senão humana; mas fiel é Deus, que não vos deixará tentar acima do que podeis, antes com a tentação dará também o escape, …”
Acabamos de ver aqui que, junto com a tentação Deus também dá o escape. A adversidade, dor e sofrimento na vida do cristão servirá de escola. Deus nos levará para o “deserto”, sempre que for necessário, para que possamos aprender e estar exatamente onde ele nos quer.
Deus nos fala para colocarmos nossos desejos e pedidos diante dele com oração, súplica e ações de graça. Portanto ore, fale com Deus; suplique se for necessário, coloque-se em seu lugar de submissão ao Senhor e, use também ações de graça; lembre-se do que Deus já fez em sua vida até hoje e agradeça, imagine que neste exato momento existem milhares de pessoas em situação muito pior do que a sua. Simplesmente agradeça as misericórdias de Deus que são a causa de não sermos consumidos.
O tempo de angústia certamente terá um fim. Não há dificuldade que dure para sempre. O que podemos fazer neste sentido é buscar cada vez mais a presença de Deus para que nossos caminhos sejam corrigidos o mais rápido possível e, possamos sair deste tempo de provação.

Does God Give Us More Burdens Than We Can Bear?
We read in the bible in 1st Corinthians 10:13
“No temptation has overtaken you but a human one; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will also make the way of escape with the temptation…”
We have just seen here that, along with the temptation, God also gives the way of escape. The adversity, pain and suffering in the life of the Christian will serve as a school. God will take us to the “wilderness” whenever necessary so that we can learn and be exactly where he wants us.
God tells us to put our desires and requests before Him with prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving. So pray, talk to God; supplicate if necessary, put yourself in his place of submission to the Lord, and also use thanksgiving; remember what God has already done in your life until today and give thanks, imagine that at this very moment there are thousands of people in a much worse situation than yours. Simply give thanks for the mercies of God which are the cause of our not being consumed.
The time of trouble will surely come to an end. There is no difficulty that lasts forever. What we can do in this sense is to seek more and more the presence of God so that our paths are corrected as soon as possible and we can get out of this time of trial.

上帝給我們的負擔是否超出了我們的承受能力？

我們在哥林多前書 10:13 中讀到聖經
“沒有任何試探能追上你，而是一個人的試探；但神是信實的，他不會讓你受到超出你能力範圍的試探，但也會為試探開闢出路……”
我們剛剛在這裡看到，除了試探之外，上帝也給了我們逃生的途徑。基督徒生活中的逆境、痛苦和磨難將成為一所學校。上帝會在必要時帶我們到“曠野”，這樣我們就可以學習並準確地到達他想要我們的地方。
上帝告訴我們用禱告、祈求和感恩將我們的願望和要求擺在他面前。所以祈禱，與上帝交談；必要時祈求，將自己置於順服主的位置，並感恩；記住上帝直到今天已經在你的生活中所做的事情並感謝，想像此時此刻有成千上萬的人處於比你更糟糕的境地。只需感謝上帝的憐憫，這是我們沒有被消耗的原因。
麻煩的時候一定會結束的。沒有永遠存在的困難。在這個意義上，我們能做的就是越來越多地尋求神的同在，使我們的道路盡快改正，走出這段試煉。

Wǒmen zài gē lín duō qián shū 10:13 Zhōng dú dào shèngjīng
“méiyǒu rènhé shìtàn néng zhuī shàng nǐ, ér shì yīgèrén de shìtàn; dàn shén shì xìnshí de, tā bù huì ràng nǐ shòudào chāochū nǐ nénglì fànwéi de shìtàn, dàn yě huì wèi shìtàn kāipì chūlù……”
wǒmen gānggāng zài zhèlǐ kàn dào, chúle shìtàn zhī wài, shàngdì yě gěile wǒmen táoshēng de tújìng. Jīdū tú shēnghuó zhōng de nìjìng, tòngkǔ hé mónàn jiāng chéngwéiyī suǒ xuéxiào. Shàngdì huì zài bìyào shí dài wǒmen dào “kuàngyě”, zhèyàng wǒmen jiù kěyǐ xuéxí bìng zhǔnquè de dàodá tā xiǎng yào wǒmen dì dìfāng.
Shàngdì gàosù wǒmen yòng dǎogào, qíqiú hé gǎn’ēn jiāng wǒmen de yuànwàng hé yāoqiú bǎi zài tā miànqián. Suǒyǐ qídǎo, yǔ shàngdì jiāotán; bìyào shí qíqiú, jiāng zìjǐ zhì yú shùnfú zhǔ de wèizhì, bìng gǎn’ēn; jì zhù shàngdì zhídào jīntiān yǐjīng zài nǐ de shēnghuó zhōng suǒ zuò de shìqíng bìng gǎnxiè, xiǎngxiàng cǐ shí cǐkè yǒu chéng qiān shàng wàn de rén chǔyú bǐ nǐ gèng zāogāo de jìngdì. Zhǐ xū gǎnxiè shàngdì de liánmǐn, zhè shì wǒmen méiyǒu bèi xiāohào de yuányīn.
Máfan de shíhòu yīdìng huì jiéshù de. Méiyǒu yǒngyuǎn cúnzài de kùnnán. Zài zhège yìyì shàng, wǒmen néng zuò de jiùshì yuè lái yuè duō de xúnqiú shén de tóng zài, shǐ wǒmen de dàolù jǐnkuài gǎizhèng, zǒuchū zhè duàn shì liàn.

Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù shì yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú de wèntí.
