De acordo com a imprensa internacional, Cuba se tornou o terceiro país latino-americano a entrar para a lista mundial das 50 nações que mais perseguem os cristãos. Os casos de ataques aos cristãos aumentaram durante as manifestações de 2021, quando o regime ditatorial cubano reagiu fortemente contra os que se manifestaram em oposição ao governo.
Muitas igrejas foram fechadas, líderes religiosos e ativistas cristãos foram presos e sofreram assédio da ditadura local como forma de perseguição. Do ano de 2019 até o ano de 2021, Cuba subiu 21 posições até ser incluída na lista de perseguidores aos cristãos.
Estamos sem dúvida vivendo o fim dos tempos. Cristo em breve voltará para buscar sua igreja. Precisamos resistir e permanecer firmes no propósito de pregar o evangelho para toda a criatura.

Is Cuba on the List of Countries that Persecute Christians?
We read in the bible in Matthew 10:22
“And ye shall be hated of all men on account of my name; but he who endures to the end, he will be saved.”
According to the international press, Cuba has become the third Latin American country to join the world list of the 50 nations that most persecute Christians. Cases of attacks on Christians increased during the 2021 demonstrations, when the Cuban dictatorial regime reacted strongly against those who demonstrated in opposition to the government.
Many churches were closed, religious leaders and Christian activists were arrested and they suffered harassment from the local dictatorship as a form of persecution. From the year 2019 to the year 2021, Cuba rose 21 positions until it was included in the list of persecutors of Christians.
We are undoubtedly living in the end times. Christ will soon return for his church. We need to resist and remain steadfast in the purpose of preaching the gospel to every creature.
