Lemos na bíblia em Colossenses 1:20
“E que, havendo por ele feito a paz pelo sangue da sua cruz, por meio dele reconciliasse consigo mesmo todas as coisas, tanto as que estão na terra, como as que estão nos céus.”
Através de Cristo houve verdadeiramente uma reconciliação com todas as coisas, mas isso não significa que os incrédulos e os anjos caídos (demônios) estejam nesta lista. Quanto ao ser humano, veja o que diz em Colossenses 1:23 “Se, na verdade, permanecerdes fundados e firmes na fé, e não vos moverdes da esperança do evangelho que tendes ouvido, o qual foi pregado a toda criatura que há debaixo do céu, …”. Por esse motivo o incrédulo não faz parte desta reconciliação.
Quanto aos demônios que se rebelaram contra Deus veja o que diz em Judas 1:6 “E aos anjos que não guardaram o seu principado, mas deixaram a sua própria habitação, reservou na escuridão e em prisões eternas até ao juízo daquele grande dia; …”.
Portanto, a reconciliação é para aquele que creu verdadeiramente em Cristo como diz em João 5:24 “Na verdade, na verdade vos digo que quem ouve a minha palavra, e crê naquele que me enviou, tem a vida eterna, e não entrará em condenação, mas passou da morte para a vida.”.

Did Christ Reconcile Unbelievers and Fallen Angels Too?
We read in the bible in Colossians 1:20
“And that, having made peace through him through the blood of his cross, through him he might reconcile all things to himself, both on earth and in heaven.”
Through Christ there was truly a reconciliation with all things, but that does not mean that unbelievers and fallen angels (demons) are on this list. As for human beings, see what it says in Colossians 1:23 “If, in fact, you remain founded and steadfast in the faith, and do not move from the hope of the gospel which you have heard, which was preached to every creature under the sky, …”. For this reason the unbeliever is not a part of this reconciliation.
As for the demons that rebelled against God, see what it says in Jude 1:6 “And the angels that did not keep their own government, but left their own habitation, he kept in darkness and in eternal prisons until the judgment of that great day; …”.
Therefore, reconciliation is for the one who has truly believed in Christ as it says in John 5:24 “Verily, verily, I say to you, he that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not enter into condemnation, but has passed from death to life.”

Jīdū shìfǒu yě shǐ bu xìn de rén hé duòluò de tiānshǐ hé hǎo?
我們在歌羅西書 1:20 讀到聖經
“而且，通過他通過他的十字架的血使和平，通過他，他可以使地球上和天堂裡的一切都與自己和好。”

Zhìyú rén, qǐng kàn gē luóxīshū 1:23 Suǒ shuō de:“Nǐmen ruò zài zhēndào shàng chí shǒu jiāndìng, bù líqì suǒ tīngjiàn de fúyīn de pànwàng, zhè fúyīn shì chuán gěi yīqiè shòu zào zhī wù de zài tiānkōng xià,……”. Chū yú zhège yuányīn, fēi xìntú bùshì zhè zhǒng héjiě de yībùfèn.
Zhìyú nàxiē bèipàn shàngdì de xié líng, qǐng kàn yóudà shū 1:6 Zhōng suǒ shuō de:“Nàxiē bù shǒu zìjǐ de zhèngquán, líkāi zìjǐ de zhù chǔ de tiānshǐ, bèi guān zài hēi’àn hé yǒngyuǎn de jiānláo lǐ, zhídào nà wèi dàrénwù de shěnpàn tiān; ……”.
Yīncǐ, hé hǎo shì wèi nàxiē zhēnzhèng xiāngxìn jīdū de rén, zhèngrú yuēhàn fúyīn 5:24 Suǒ shuō:“Wǒ shí shízài zài dì gàosù nǐmen, nà tīng wǒ huà, yòu xìnchāi wǒ lái zhě de, jiù yǒu yǒngshēng, bìngqiě bù zhìyú dìngzuì, nǎi shì yǐjīng chū sǐ rù shēngle.”
