“Revesti-vos, pois, … de entranhas de misericórdia, de benignidade, humildade, mansidão, longanimidade; suportando-vos uns aos outros, e perdoando-vos uns aos outros, …”
Além da armadura que a bíblia cita em Efésios 6, a orientação do Senhor é que estejamos revestidos de amor uns para com os outros e, que devemos perdoar assim como Cristo nos perdoou. Lembre-se que na oração do Pai nosso, nós pedimos que Deus nos perdoe assim como nós perdoamos aos nossos devedores.
Muitas vezes nós esquecemos que este perdão de Deus é condicional para nós. A condição é que perdoemos para sermos perdoados pelo Senhor. E, por conta disso, muitos estão afastados de Deus e não se dão conta de que precisam liberar o perdão que estão evitando e, alimentando a raiva, ódio e rancor de alguém que lhes fez mal.
Perdoar não tem a ver com esquecer o mal que foi feito, tem a ver com cortar a corrente que te amarra a pessoa que te fez mal e, entregar a Deus seu coração para ser tratado. O ódio que alimentamos contra outras pessoas se assemelha ao veneno que eu tomo, esperando que o outro morra. Pense nisso!

How to have Spiritual Coating?
We read in the bible in Colossians 3:12 and 13
“Put on therefore … bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another,…”
In addition to the armor that the bible quotes in Ephesians 6, the Lord’s guidance is that we are coated with love towards each other and that we must forgive just as Christ forgave us. Remember that in the Lord’s Prayer, we ask God to forgive us as we forgive our debtors.
We often forget that this forgiveness from God is conditional on us. The condition is that we forgive in order to be forgiven by the Lord. And, because of this, many are far from God and do not realize that they need to release the forgiveness that they are avoiding and, feeding the anger, hatred and resentment of someone who did them harm.
Forgiving is not about forgetting the wrong that was done, it’s about cutting the chain that ties you to the person who hurt you and giving God your heart to be treated. The hatred we feed against other people is like the poison I drink, hoping the other person will die. Think about it!

chúle shèngjīng zài yǐ fú suǒ shū 6 zhōng yǐnyòng de kuījiǎ wài, zhǔ de zhǐdǎo shì wǒmen bǐcǐ pī shàngle ài, wǒmen bìxū xiàng jīdū yuánliàng wǒmen yīyàng yuánliàng wǒmen. Qǐng jì zhù, zài zhǔ dǎo wénzhōng, wǒmen qíqiú shàngdì yuánliàng wǒmen, jiù xiàng wǒmen yuánliàng wǒmen de zhàiwùrén yīyàng.
Wǒmen chángcháng wàngjì, shàngdì de zhè zhǒng kuānshù shì yǐ wǒmen wèi tiáojiàn de. Tiáojiàn shì wǒmen yào ráoshù cáinéng méng zhǔ ráoshù. Bìngqiě, zhèng yīnwèi rúcǐ, xǔduō rén yuǎnlí shàngdì, méiyǒu yìshí dào tāmen xūyào shìfàng tāmen zhèngzài bìmiǎn de kuānshù, bìng zhùzhǎngle shānghài tāmen de rén de fènnù, chóuhèn hé yuànhèn.
Kuānshù bùshì wàngjì suǒ zuò de cuò shì, ér shì qiē duàn jiāng nǐ yǔ shānghài nǐ de rén liánxì zài yīqǐ de liàntiáo, bìng jiāng nǐ de xīn jiāo gěi shàngdì lái jiēshòu zhìliáo. Wǒmen duì tārén de chóuhèn jiù xiàng wǒ hē xià de dúyào, xīwàng duìfāng sǐqù. Xiǎng xiǎng kàn!
