Tire o foco das pessoas, olhe para Deus.
Fique longe daqueles que puxam muito a atenção para si mesmas, que querem ser mais “santas” que os outros. Lembre-se que, mesmo depois de convertidos, permanecemos vivendo neste mundo, que jaz no maligno. Somos e seremos pecadores até o dia de nossa morte. A diferença é que depois de convertido você passa a lutar contra o pecado.
Depois de aceitar a Cristo nenhum tipo de mágica vai acontecer para mudar suas atitudes. Deus não muda nossas ações, apenas nos ajuda a lutar contra o pecado através da ação do Espírito Santo em nossas vidas. Que ação é essa? Nossa mente passa a ser influenciada por Deus, que nos alerta do pecado e do erro, para que lutemos contra isso.
Com o devido tempo, com leitura da bíblia e oração, passamos a ter uma maior comunhão com o Senhor e, daí então, nossas atitudes começam a mudar naturalmente. Essa mudança leva tempo e acontece mediante a um processo que precisa ter a bíblia e a oração trabalhando juntas. Depende de você buscar isso, a parte de Deus será feita com certeza.
