Em situações que nada podemos fazer, a oração é sem dúvida fundamental, pois Deus poderá agir em nosso socorro. Mas precisamos entender que Deus não fará nada naquilo que é responsabilidade nossa de agir. Deus não trabalhará por você mas sem dúvida você pode orar por um salário justo. Deus não escolherá a pessoa com quem você vai se casar, mas você deve orar para que Deus esteja dentro do relacionamento e o abençoe.
Não devemos buscar enriquecer, o amor ao dinheiro é a raiz de todos os males e, nossa recompensa não está aqui e sim no reino de Deus. É necessário compreender que este mundo jaz no maligno e as trevas odeiam a luz. Como Cristo nos alertou, neste mundo teremos aflições porém, Jesus venceu e temos acesso a esta vitória por intermédio da oração.
A oração é tão importante que a bíblia nos ensina a orar sem cessar. Você pode orar por seu sustento, para ter um bom trabalho, por sua família, por seu relacionamento, você deve orar inclusive por seus inimigos, pelos seus governantes para que se convertam e tenhamos uma vida melhor. Neste momento existe uma guerra sendo travada no plano espiritual. Neste caso nossa única e mais poderosa arma é a oração. Portanto ore em todo o tempo, no carro, no trabalho, no banho, não importa. Sempre que lembrar ore enquanto ainda pode.

How Do I Know When to Pray and When to Act?
“Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:17–18
In situations where we can do nothing, prayer is undoubtedly essential, because God can act on our behalf. But we must understand that God will not do what is our responsibility to act upon. God won’t work for you, but you can certainly pray for a fair salary. God won’t choose the person you will marry, but you should pray for His presence and blessing in your relationship.
We should not pursue riches, for the love of money is the root of all evil, and our reward is not in this world, but in the kingdom of God. It’s important to understand that this world lies in the power of the evil one, and darkness hates the light. As Christ warned us, in this world we will face tribulations — but Jesus overcame, and we have access to His victory through prayer.
Prayer is so important that the Bible teaches us to pray without ceasing. You can pray for your provision, for a good job, for your family, for your relationships. You should even pray for your enemies, and for your leaders, that they may be converted and that we may live a better life. Right now, a battle is being fought in the spiritual realm. In this case, our only and most powerful weapon is prayer. So pray at all times — in the car, at work, in the shower — it doesn’t matter. Every time you remember, pray while you still can.
