A pornografia funciona mais ou menos como um vício. Quando alimentamos nossa curiosidade de ver vídeos pornográficos ocorre uma reação química em nosso cérebro que faz com que voltemos ao vício cada vez com mais vontade. Desta forma precisamos sempre de uma “dose” maior para nos satisfazer.
O processo para se livrar disso é semelhante ao processo de libertação de qualquer outro vício ou comportamento nocivo. O primeiro passo é cortar ou bloquear as fontes de acesso. Faça o seguinte: Bloqueie os sites que lhe permitem o acesso, Tanto no celular quanto no computador; Saia imediatamente dos grupos que compartilham estes tipos de vídeos ou imagens pornográficas. Se for inserido novamente bloqueie definitivamente; Trabalhe para dificultar ao máximo o acesso ao seu vício de todas as maneiras possíveis.
Quando sentir vontade, ouça uma música, faça exercícios físicos, ocupe o tempo com outras coisas que sejam importantes pra você. Mas acima de tudo isso leia a bíblia. Nenhuma outra coisa pode te libertar além da Palavra de Deus. Lembre-se o que diz em Tiago 1:14 e 15 “Mas cada um é tentado, quando atraído e envolvido pelo seu próprio desejo. Depois, havendo o desejo sido consumado, dá a luz o pecado, e o pecado gera a morte.”. Imprima este versículo e coloque na parede para que o alerta esteja sempre ali.

How to Get Rid of Pornography Addiction?
We read in the Bible in James 1:14
“But each one is tempted, when attracted and enveloped by his own desire.”
