Lemos na Bíblia em Salmos 119:116
“Sustenta-me conforme a tua palavra, para que viva, e não me deixes envergonhado da minha esperança.”
Se buscarmos esperança em nós mesmos ela pode até vir, mas dura pouco tempo, pois sabemos que somos falhos e não temos o que é preciso para suprir nossas vontades e desejos. Em seguida vem o desânimo e, por fim, deixamos de acreditar.
Sabemos que Deus não é homem para que minta e nem filho do homem para que se arrependa. Sempre que citarmos algum versículo da Bíblia não precisamos ter medo pois podem passar os céus e a terra mas nem um til da Palavra de Deus vai passar, ou seja, nada vai deixar de se cumprir.
Vale lembrar também que cada bênção narrada na Bíblia tem explicando algo que você tem que fazer para recebê-la, mas acontece que as pessoas só se lembram da parte legal do versículo e deixam suas obrigações de lado, esquecendo-as facilmente.
Deus não vai te desamparar, mas como Diz no livro dos Salmos, devemos meditar (estudar, ler, aprender) na Palavra do Senhor de dia e de noite para que sejamos como a árvore plantada junto ao ribeiro de águas que dá seu fruto na temporada certa, cujas folhas não caem e, que tudo o que fizer prosperará.

How to Keep Hope?
We read in the Bible in Psalm 119: 116
“Support me according to your word, so that I may live, and do not make me ashamed of my hope.”
If we look for hope in ourselves, it may even come, but it lasts for a short time, because we know that we are flawed and do not have what it takes to supply our wants and desires. Then comes discouragement and, finally, we stop believing.
We know that God is not a man to lie, nor a son of man to repent. Whenever we quote a verse from the Bible, we need not be afraid because the heavens and the earth may pass, but not a tittle of the Word of God will pass, that is, nothing will fail to be fulfilled.
It is also worth remembering that each blessing narrated in the Bible explains something you have to do to receive it, but it turns out that people only remember the legal part of the verse and leave their obligations aside, forgetting them easily.
God will not forsake you, but as He says in the book of Psalms, we must meditate (study, read, learn) in the Word of the Lord day and night so that we are like the tree planted by the stream that bears its fruit in season certain, whose leaves do not fall and that everything you do will prosper.

如何保持希望？
Rúhé bǎochí xīwàng?
我們讀《聖經》中的詩篇119：116
“按照你的話來支持我，這樣我才能活著，不要讓我為我的希望感到羞恥。”
如果我們在我們自己中尋找希望，它甚至可能會來臨，但它會持續很短的時間，因為我們知道自己有缺陷，我們沒有能力滿足我們的需求。隨之而來的是灰心，最後，我們不再相信。

Wǒmen dú “shèngjīng” zhōng de shīpiān 119:116
“Ànzhào nǐ dehuà lái zhīchí wǒ, zhèyàng wǒ cáinéng huózhe, bùyào ràng wǒ wèi wǒ de xīwàng gǎndào xiūchǐ.”
Rúguǒ wǒmen zài wǒmen zìjǐ zhōng xúnzhǎo xīwàng, tā shènzhì kěnéng huì láilín, dàn tā huì chíxù hěn duǎn de shíjiān, yīnwèi wǒmen zhīdào zìjǐ yǒu quēxiàn, wǒmen méiyǒu nénglì mǎnzú wǒmen de xūqiú. Suí zhī ér lái de shì huīxīn, zuìhòu, wǒmen bù zài xiāngxìn.
Wǒmen zhīdào shàngdì bùshì yào sāhuǎng de rén, yě bùshì yào huǐgǎi de rén zǐ. Měi dāng wǒmen yǐnyòng shèngjīng zhōng de jīng wén shí, wǒmen dōu bùbì dānxīn, yīn wéi tiāndì huì guòqù, dàn shén de huàyǔ de biāotí bù huì guòqù, yě jiùshì shuō, méiyǒu shé me shìqíng bù huì shíxiàn.
Hái zhídé jì zhù de shì, shèngjīng zhōng xùshù de měi yīgè zhùfú dōu shuōmíngliǎo nín bìxū jiēshòu de mǒu xiē shìqíng, dànshì shìshí zhèngmíng, rénmen zhǐ jìdé jīng wén de fǎlǜ bùfèn, ér hūlüèle yìwù, biàn qīngyì dì wàngjìle tāmen.
Shàngdì bù huì pāoqì nǐ, dànshì zhèngrú tā zài shīpiān zhōng suǒ shuō de, wǒmen bìxū rìyè chénsī (xuéxí, yuèdú, xuéxí) yēhéhuá de huàyǔ, yǐbiàn wǒmen jiù xiàng liú zài qí guǒshí shàng de xiǎohé suǒ zhǒng de shù zài mǒu xiē jìjié, yèzi bù huì diào xiàlái, bìngqiě nín suǒ zuò de yīqiè dūhuì xīngwàng fādá.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu céngjīng xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nín liǎojiě shàngdì duì nín yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài yèmiàn dǐngbù huò jiéwěi chù, yǒu yīgè CONTACT liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé qítā wèntí.
