Lemos na bíblia em Romanos 12:19
“Não vos vingueis a vós mesmos, amados, mas dai lugar à ira, porque está escrito: Minha é a vingança; eu recompensarei, diz o Senhor.”
A bíblia nos ensina duas coisas importantes, devemos dar lugar a ira, ou seja, deixar a ira de lado e, que a vingança pertence ao Senhor e não a nós.
Se eu devo deixar a ira de lado é porque eu posso fazer isso. Por mais que eu não queira, por mais que tenha sido algo pessoal, por mais que eu esteja repleto de raiva dentro de mim, preciso voltar a ocupar a minha mente com as coisas de Deus, somente desta forma que eu conseguirei deixar de lado a ira.
A questão da vingança também é difícil de abrir mão, especialmente se fizeram algo contra nós e temos o poder de nos vingar. Mas entenda que, se você está fazendo a vontade de Deus, trabalhando para ele, e algo contra você acontece, é o próprio Deus que vai se encarregar da vingança. Não há nada que você possa fazer que Deus não consiga fazer melhor. A sua preocupação tem que ser em continuar o trabalho para o qual Deus te direcionou.
Sei que muitas pessoas têm problemas sérios em controlar a raiva e, a única forma de alcançar esse controle é colocando em prática o que a bíblia diz em Filipenses 4:8 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai.”

How to Deal with Anger Within Me?
We read in the Bible in Romans 12:19
“Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to anger, for it is written: Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord. ”
The bible teaches us two important things, we must give way to anger, that is, let go of anger and that vengeance belongs to the Lord and not to us.
If I must let go of anger, it is because I can do it. As much as I don’t want to, as much as it was personal, as much as I am filled with anger inside me, I need to reoccupy my mind with the things of God, only in this way that I will be able to put aside the will.
The issue of revenge is also difficult to give up, especially if they have done something against us and we have the power to avenge ourselves. But understand that if you are doing God’s will, working for Him, and something against you happens, it is God Himself who will take charge of revenge. There is nothing you can do that God cannot do better. Your concern must be to continue the work for which God has directed you.
I know that many people have serious problems in controlling anger, and the only way to achieve that control is to put into practice what the Bible says in Philippians 4: 8 “For the rest, brothers, everything that is true, everything that is true it is honest, everything that is just, everything that is pure, everything that is kind, everything that is of good fame, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about it. ”

如何應對我內心的憤怒？
Rúhé yìngduì wǒ nèixīn de fènnù?
我們讀羅馬書12:19
“不要為自己所愛的人報仇，而要為憤怒髮怒，因為經上寫道：復仇是我的；仇恨是我的。耶和華說，我會償還的。”
聖經教導我們兩個重要的事情，我們必須讓怒放棄，也就是說，放開怒氣，復仇屬於主而不是我們。
如果我必須放開憤怒，那是因為我可以做到。我不想做的事，不那麼個人的事，以及內心充滿憤怒的事，我需要重新專注於上帝的事，只有這樣我才能拋開遺囑。

Wǒmen dú luómǎ shū 12:19
“Bùyào wèi zìjǐ suǒ ài de rén bàochóu, ér yào wèi fènnù fà nù, yīnwèi jīng shàng xiě dào: Fùchóu shì wǒ de; chóuhèn shì wǒ de. Yēhéhuá shuō, wǒ huì chánghuán de.”
Shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen liǎng gè zhòngyào de shìqíng, wǒmen bìxū ràng nù fàngqì, yě jiùshì shuō, fàng kāi nùqì, fùchóu shǔyú zhǔ ér bùshì wǒmen.
Rúguǒ wǒ bìxū fàng kāi fènnù, nà shì yīnwèi wǒ kěyǐ zuò dào. Wǒ bùxiǎng zuò de shì, bù nàme gèrén de shì, yǐjí nèixīn chōngmǎn fènnù de shì, wǒ xūyào chóngxīn zhuānzhù yú shàngdì de shì, zhǐyǒu zhèyàng wǒ cáinéng pāo kāi yízhǔ.
Bàofù wèntí yě hěn nán fàngqì, tèbié shì rúguǒ tāmen duì wǒmen zuòle mǒu xiē shìqíng bìngqiě wǒmen yǒu nénglì wèi zìjǐ bàochóu. Dànshì yào míngbái, rúguǒ nín ànzhào shàngdì de zhǐyì, wèi tā gōngzuò, bìngqiě fāshēngle yǔ nín bùlì de shìqíng, nàme bàochóu de shì shàngdì zìjǐ. Nǐ wúnéngwéilì, shàngdì bùnéng zuò dé gèng hǎo. Nín de guānzhù diǎn bìxū shì jìxù shén zhǐshì nín de gōngzuò.
Wǒ zhīdào xǔduō rén zài kòngzhì fènnù fāngmiàn cúnzài yánzhòng wèntí, ér shíxiàn zhè zhǒng kòngzhì de wéiyī fāngfǎ jiùshì jiāng shèngjīng zài féi lì bǐ shū 4:8 Zhōng suǒ shuō de fù zhū shíjiàn. Lǎoshí shuō, fánshì dōu shì gōngzhèng de, fánshì dōu shì chúnjié de, fánshì dōu shì shànliáng de, fánshì yīng yǒu míngyù, rúguǒ yǒu rènhé měidé, rúguǒ yǒu rènhé zànměi, qǐng kǎolǜ yīxià.”

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de tóng zài, ér wèntí shì: Nín zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nín shìfǒu céngjīng xiāngxìn jīdū shì nín wéiyī hè chōngfèn de jiùshìzhǔ? Yīnwèi zhè yīdìng shì nín zuìdà de dānyōu.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nín liǎojiě shàngdì duì nín yīshēng de zhǐyì. Zài yèmiàn dǐngbù huò jiéwěi chù, yǒu yīgè CONTACT liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé qítā wèntí.
