“Não estejais inquietos por coisa alguma; antes as vossas petições sejam em tudo conhecidas diante de Deus pela oração e súplica com ação de graças.”
Muitas pessoas se frustram tentando fazer um “propósito” com Deus que, na verdade, significa negociar uma bênção esperada, dando algo em troca para Deus. Precisamos entender que não existe barganha do reino dos céus. Não há nada que possamos dar a Deus que ele já não tenha. Se você precisa realmente de algo, ore a Deus, suplique ao Senhor, faça ações de graças, mas não tente negociar bênçãos com Deus.
Em 1ª Crônicas 22, o rei Davi quis fazer um propósito com Deus para a construção do templo, mas Deus não permitiu por conta do sangue que Davi havia derramado. Em Jeremias 11, quando Jeremias fala de propósito, por seis vezes ele fala de seguir o desejo do coração, e não de seguir a vontade de Deus. Jacó fez um voto com Deus por vontade própria. Deus não pediu nada, já tinha prometido a Jacó as bênçãos de Abraão e, mesmo assim, Jacó acreditou que tinha que dar algo em troca para Deus. Como se Deus precisasse do que Jacó tinha para dar.
Deus não precisa de nada que nós possamos dar, Ele é o dono de tudo quanto existe, como vemos em Ageu 2:8 “Minha é a prata, e meu é o ouro, disse o Senhor dos exércitos”. É como se o Bill Gates nos convidasse para o almoço e a gente levasse um sanduiche para ajudar. Quer fazer um propósito com Deus? O propósito para o cristão é ter uma meta para agradar ao seu Senhor e não as vontades de seu coração. Na dificuldade, busque a Deus que ele vai te abençoar sem pedir nada em troca.

How to Make a Purpose with God?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:6
“Do not be anxious about anything; but let your requests be made known to God in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving.”
Many people get frustrated trying to make a “purpose” with God which actually means trading an expected blessing, giving something in return to God. We need to understand that there is no such thing as a kingdom of heaven bargain. There is nothing we can give God that he doesn’t already have. If you really need something, pray to God, beseech the Lord, give thanks, but don’t try to negotiate blessings with God.
In 1 Chronicles 22, King David wanted to make a purpose with God for the construction of the temple, but God did not allow it because of the blood that David had shed. In Jeremiah 11, when Jeremiah speaks on purpose, six times he speaks of following the heart’s desire rather than following the will of God. Jacob made a vow with God of his own free will. God didn’t ask for anything, he had already promised Jacob the blessings of Abraham, and yet Jacob believed he had to give something back to God. As if God needed what Jacob had to give.
God doesn’t need anything that we can give, He owns everything that exists, as we see in Haggai 2:8 “Silver is mine, and gold is mine, says the Lord of hosts”. It’s like Bill Gates invites us to lunch and we bring a sandwich to help. Want to make a purpose with God? The purpose for the Christian is to have a goal to please his Lord and not the desires of his heart. In difficulty, seek God that he will bless you without asking anything in return.

Zài lìdài zhìshàngdì 22 zhāng zhōng, dà wèi wáng xiǎng yǔ shén dìng xià jiànzào shèng diàn de jìhuà, dàn yóuyú dà wèi suǒ liú de xuè, shén bù yǔnxǔ. Zài yé lì mǐ shū 11 zhāng, dāng yé lì mǐ gùyì shuōhuà shí, tā yǒu liù cì shuō dào suíxīnsuǒyù, ér bùshì suícóng shàngdì de zhǐyì. Yǎ gè zìyuàn xiàng shàngdì xǔyuàn. Shén bìng méiyǒu yāoqiú shénme, tā yǐjīng xiàng yǎ gè xǔnuòle yàbólāhǎn de zhùfú, dàn yǎ gè rènwéi tā bìxū gěi shén yīxiē dōngxī. Hǎoxiàng shàng dì xūyào yǎ gè bìxū jǐyǔ de dōngxī.
Shàngdì bù xūyào wǒmen kěyǐ jǐyǔ de rènhé dōngxī, tā yǒngyǒu yīqiè cúnzài de dōngxī, zhèngrú wǒmen zài hā gāi shū 2:8 Zhòng kàn dào de “yín shì wǒ de, jīnzi shì wǒ de, wàn jūn zhī yēhéhuá shuō”. Jiù xiàng bǐ’ěr gài cí yāoqǐng wǒmen gòngjìn wǔcān, wǒmen dàile yīgè sānmíngzhì lái bāngmáng. Xiǎng yǔ shàngdì dìnglì yīgè mùbiāo ma? Jīdū tú de mùdì shì yào yǒu yīgè qǔyuè tā de zhǔ de mùbiāo, ér bùshì tā nèixīn de yùwàng. Zài kùnnán zhōng, xúnqiú shàngdì, tā huì zhùfú nǐ ér bù qiú rènhé huíbào.
