Deus não precisa que você fique com fome ou que dê uma quantia substancial de dinheiro na igreja. Deus quer que você obedeça a Palavra Dele. Veja o que diz em 1ª Samuel 15:22 “… Tem porventura o Senhor tanto prazer em holocaustos e sacrifícios, como em que se obedeça à palavra do Senhor? Eis que o obedecer é melhor do que o sacrificar; e o atender melhor é do que a gordura de carneiros.”.
Portanto faça o que Deus determina no versículo no início deste artigo. Haja com justiça; impeça a opressão; compartilhe sua comida e bens com aquele que necessita e não recuse ajudar seu próximo. Simples assim.

How to Fast?
“Is not this the fast that I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice, … to set the oppressed free … to share your food with the hungry … and not to turn away from your neighbor?” – Isaiah 58:6-7
God does not need you to go hungry or to give a substantial amount of money to the church. God wants you to obey His Word. Look at what 1 Samuel 15:22 says: “… Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.”
Therefore, do what God ordains in the verse at the beginning of this article. Act with justice; prevent oppression; share your food and goods with those in need, and do not refuse to help your neighbor. It is that simple.
