Lemos na bíblia em Colossenses 3:1 e 2
“Portanto, se já ressuscitastes com Cristo, buscai as coisas que são de cima, onde Cristo está assentado à destra de Deus. Pensai nas coisas que são de cima, e não nas que são da terra;”
Além de ocupar nossa mente com as coisas que são do alto, como diz o versículo acima, a bíblia nos ensina a FUGIR dos desejos da carne. Nunca se coloque em situações que vão te tentar, acreditando que você vai conseguir resistir. FUJA dos desejos da carne e pense nas coisas do alto, desta forma venceremos.
Porém, em algum momento podemos cair. Lutar contra o pecado e se ver vencido por ele é realmente uma situação terrível. Após termos cometido o pecado, nós que somos cristãos, nos sentimos arrasados por termos feito algo contra a vontade de Deus. Neste momento ficamos sem saber o que fazer.
Uma coisa importantíssima neste momento é saber que Deus é fiel e justo para nos perdoar se nos arrependermos de nossos pecados. Neste exato momento muitas pessoas dizem que não conseguem se arrepender do pecado que cometeram pois tiveram prazer no pecado.
Irmãos, ter prazer no pecado é normal. Nossa carne busca se alimentar dos prazeres da carne e quando pecamos sentimos prazer e gostamos, mas isso não quer dizer que não houve arrependimento. Pense por um instante que você cometeu algo contra um Deus que deu seu filho em sacrifício para que você alcance a vida eterna. Algo muito maior, do que o pequeno momento de prazer que você passou. Isso já é arrependimento.
O próximo passo é orar a Deus pedindo perdão imediatamente. Digo imediatamente, porque um pecado puxa o outro e também, porque o pecado abre uma brecha que pode ser utilizada pelo inimigo contra você.
Se volte de imediato pra Deus pois Ele está pronto para te perdoar e te receber em Seus braços novamente.

How to Avoid Falling into Temptation?
We read in the bible in Colossians 3:1 and 2
“Therefore, if ye are risen with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God. Think of the things that are above, and not those that are on the earth;”
In addition to occupying our minds with things that are from above, as the verse above says, the bible teaches us to FLEE from the desires of the flesh. Never put yourself in situations that will tempt you, believing you will be able to resist. RUN AWAY from the desires of the flesh and think about the things above, in this way we will win.
However, at some point we may fall. Fighting against sin and being overcome by it is really a terrible situation. After we have committed the sin, we Christians feel devastated for having done something against God’s will. Right now, we don’t know what to do.
A very important thing right now is to know that God is faithful and just to forgive us if we repent of our sins. Right now many people say that they cannot repent of the sin they committed because they took pleasure in the sin.
Brethren, taking pleasure in sin is normal. Our flesh seeks to feed on the pleasures of the flesh and when we sin we feel pleasure and enjoy it, but that does not mean that there was no regret. Think for a moment that you have committed something against a God who gave your child as a sacrifice so that you can gain eternal life. Something much bigger than the little moment of pleasure you had. That’s regret in itself.
The next step is to pray to God for forgiveness immediately. I say immediately, because one sin pulls another and also because sin opens a loophole that can be used by the enemy against you.
Turn immediately to God for He is ready to forgive you and welcome you into His arms again.

我們在聖經中讀到歌羅西書 3:1 和 2
“所以，你們若與基督一同復活，就當尋求天上的事，基督坐在神的右邊。要思念上面的事，不要思念地上的事；”

chúle ràng wǒmen de xīnsī láizì shàngmiàn de shìwù zhī wài, zhèngrú shàngmiàn de jīng wén suǒ shuō, shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen yào yuǎnlí ròutǐ de yùwàng. Yǒngyuǎn bùyào bǎ zìjǐ zhì yú huì yǐnyòu nǐ de jìngdì, xiāngxìn nǐ nénggòu kàngjù. Yuǎnlí ròutǐ de yùwàng, xiǎng xiǎng shàngmiàn de shìqíng, zhèyàng wǒmen jiù yíngle.
Rán’ér, zài mǒu xiē shíhòu wǒmen kěnéng huì diédǎo. Yǔ zuì zhēngzhàn bìng bèi zuì shèngguò, shízài shì tài kěpàle. Zài wǒmen fànle zuì zhīhòu, wǒmen jīdū tú huì yīnwèi zuòle yīxiē wéibèi shén zhǐyì de shìqíng ér gǎndào jǔsàng. Xiànzài, wǒmen bù zhīdào gāi zěnme bàn.
Xiànzài yī jiàn fēicháng zhòngyào de shìqíng shì yào zhīdào shàngdì shì xìnshí de, rúguǒ wǒmen huǐgǎi, tā jiù huì kuānshù wǒmen. Xiànzài hěnduō rén shuō tāmen bùnéng huǐgǎi tāmen suǒ fàn de zuì, yīnwèi tāmen yǐ zuì wéi lè.
Dìxiōngmen, yǐ zuì wéi lè shì zhèngcháng de. Wǒmen de ròutǐ xúnqiú yǐ ròutǐ de kuàilè wèi shí, dāng wǒmen fànzuì shí, wǒmen huì gǎndào kuàilè bìng xiǎngshòu tā, dàn zhè bìng bù yìwèizhe méiyǒu yíhàn. Xiǎng yī xiǎng, nǐ duì shàngdì zuòle shénme, tā bǎ nǐ de háizi dàng zuò jì wù, zhèyàng nǐ jiù kěyǐ huòdé yǒngshēng. Bǐ nǐ nà yīkè de kuàilè yào dà dé duō de dōngxī. Zhè yǐjīng shì yíhànle.
Xià yībù shì lìjí xiàng shàngdì qíqiú kuānshù. Wǒ mǎshàng shuō, yīn wéi yīgè zuì lā lìng yīgè zuì, yě yīnwèi zuì dǎkāile yīgè lòudòng, kěyǐ bèi dírén yòng lái duìfù nǐ.
Lìjí zhuǎnxiàng shàngdì, yīnwèi tā yǐjīng zhǔnbèi hǎo yuánliàng nǐ bìng zàicì huānyíng nǐ jìnrù tā de huáibào.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
