“Não estejais inquietos por coisa alguma; antes as vossas petições sejam em tudo conhecidas diante de Deus pela oração e súplica, com ação de graças.”
O principal impedimento de esperar em Deus é a ansiedade. Andar ansioso está ligado a falta de fé. A fé só pode ser alcançada pela palavra de Deus, ou seja, ter a prática de leitura diária da bíblia vai fortalecer sua fé. Com a fé fortalecida esperar em Deus não é apenas cruzar os braços e esperar acontecer, você vai ter certeza da ação de Deus em sua vida e vai permanecer firme nessa mesma fé.
Veja o que diz em Hebreus 10:36 “Porque necessitais de paciência, para que, depois de haverdes feito a vontade de Deus, possais alcançar a promessa.”. Paciência e fazer a vontade de Deus, são as duas coisas necessárias para alcançar a promessa. Sem elas, nada feito!
Contra a ansiedade pratique o que diz no versículo do início deste artigo. Ore ao Senhor, deixe claro tudo aquilo que você espera dele, toda a dor e sofrimento que tem passado, reconheça o que Deus já fez até aqui e agradeça por sua vida, pois existem pessoas em situações muito piores e ainda assim são gratos, pois sabem que a dor e o sofrimento não duram para sempre e, nossa confiança e recompensa está em Deus.

How to Wait on God?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:6
“Do not be anxious about anything; rather let your requests be made known to God in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving.”
The main impediment to waiting on God is anxiety. Anxious walking is linked to a lack of faith. Faith can only be achieved by the word of God, that is, having the practice of reading the bible daily will strengthen your faith. With faith strengthened, waiting on God is not just folding your arms and waiting for it to happen, you will be sure of God’s action in your life and you will remain firm in that same faith.
See what it says in Hebrews 10:36, “For you need patience, so that, after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.” Patience and doing the will of God are the two things necessary to reach the promise. Without them, nothing is done!
Against anxiety practice what it says in the verse at the beginning of this article. Pray to the Lord, make clear everything you expect from him, all the pain and suffering he has been through, recognize what God has already done so far and be grateful for your life, because there are people in much worse situations and they are still grateful, because they know that pain and suffering do not last forever and our trust and reward is in God.

Rúhé děnghòu shén?
我們在腓立比書 4:6 中讀到
“不要為任何事憂慮；寧可藉著禱告、祈求和感謝，凡事將你們的要求告訴上帝。”
等候上帝的主要障礙是焦慮。焦慮的行走與缺乏信心有關。信心只有靠神的話才能達到，也就是說，每天都有讀經的操練，才能堅固你的信心。隨著信心的加強，等待上帝不僅僅是折疊你的雙臂等待它發生，你將確信上帝在你的生活中的作為，你將堅定地保持同樣的信仰。
看看希伯來書 10 章 36 節是怎麼說的，“因為你們需要忍耐，這樣你們行了神的旨意之後，就可以得著應許。”忍耐和遵行上帝的旨意是實現應許所必需的兩件事。沒有他們，什麼都做不了！

Děnghòu shàngdì de zhǔyào zhàng’ài shì jiāolǜ. Jiāolǜ de xíngzǒu yǔ quēfá xìnxīn yǒuguān. Xìnxīn zhǐyǒu kào shén dehuà cáinéng dádào, yě jiùshì shuō, měitiān dū yǒu dújīng de cāoliàn, cáinéng jiāngù nǐ de xìnxīn. Suízhe xìnxīn de jiāqiáng, děngdài shàngdì bùjǐn jǐn shì zhédié nǐ de shuāng bì děngdài tā fāshēng, nǐ jiāng quèxìn shàngdì zài nǐ de shēnghuó zhōng de zuòwéi, nǐ jiāng jiāndìng dì bǎochí tóngyàng de xìnyǎng.
Kàn kàn xī bó lái shū 10 zhāng 36 jié shì zěnme shuō de,“yīnwèi nǐmen xūyào rěnnài, zhèyàng nǐmen xíngle shén de zhǐyì zhīhòu, jiù kěyǐ dézháo yīngxǔ.” Rěnnài hé zūnxíng shàngdì de zhǐyì shì shíxiàn yīngxǔ suǒ bìxū de liǎng jiàn shì. Méiyǒu tāmen, shénme dōu zuò bùliǎo!
Duìkàng jiāolǜ, liànxí běnwén kāitóu de jīng wénzhōng suǒ shuō de nèiróng. Xiàng zhǔ qídǎo, míngquè nǐ duì tā de qīwàng, tāsuǒ jīnglì de suǒyǒu tòngkǔ hé mónàn, rènshí dào shàngdì qìjīn wéizhǐ suǒ zuò de yīqiè, bìng gǎnxiè nǐ de shēnghuó, yīnwèi yǒuxiē rén chǔjìng gèng zāo, tāmen réngrán gǎn’ēn, yīnwèi tāmen zhīdào tòngkǔ hé kǔnàn bù huì yǒngyuǎn chíxù xiàqù, wǒmen de xìnrènhé jiǎngshǎng shì zài shàngdì shēnshang.
