Viveremos constantemente na luta entre a carne e o espírito, mas podemos conseguir uma vantagem considerável se buscarmos alimentar mais o espírito e menos a carne. O mundo jaz no maligno e ele tentará fazer com que as trevas dominem a maior parte do tempo mas, não quer dizer que, por dominar o mundo deve ter domínio sobre nós também.
Somos atacados primeiramente em nossos desejos e vontades. Aquilo que vemos, ouvimos e experimentamos vai determinar sobre nosso comportamento. A bíblia nos ensina que somos atraídos e envolvidos de acordo com nossas fraquezas, isso significa que precisamos fugir daquilo que nos leva a pecar e, ao mesmo tempo, nos aproximar daquilo que nos traz de volta para Deus.
Não basta apenas fugir de suas fraquezas, paixões e desejos. Se você não buscar preencher o vazio com as coisas de Deus, as trevas vão tratar de preencher novamente o espaço que perderam e, a situação atual pode ficar pior do que a anterior. Para fazer a balança pender a favor do espírito alimente-o, aproxime-se da luz e afaste-se das trevas.

How to Balance the Balance between Light and Darkness?
We read in the bible in Philippians 4:8
“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

We are attacked primarily in our desires and desires. What we see, hear and experience will determine our behavior. The bible teaches us that we are attracted and involved according to our weaknesses, this means that we need to run away from what leads us to sin and, at the same time, get closer to what brings us back to God.
It is not enough to just run away from your weaknesses, passions and desires. If you don’t seek to fill the void with the things of God, the darkness will try to fill in the space they lost again, and the current situation can be worse than the previous one. To tip the balance in favor of the spirit, feed it, approach the light and move away from the darkness.

Wǒmen zhǔyào shi zài wǒmen de yùwàng hé yùwàng zhōng shòudào gōngjí. Wǒmen suǒ kàn dào, tīngdào hé jīnglì de jiāng juédìng wǒmen de xíngwéi. Shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen, wǒmen shì gēnjù zìjǐ de ruòdiǎn bèi xīyǐn hé cānyù de, zhè yìwèizhe wǒmen xūyào táolí dǎozhì wǒmen fànzuì de dōngxī, tóngshí gèng jiējìn ràng wǒmen huí dào shàngdì shēnbiān de dōngxī.
Jǐnjǐn táobì nǐ de ruòdiǎn, jīqíng hé yùwàng shì bùgòu de. Rúguǒ nǐ bù xúnqiú yòng shén de shìwù lái tiánbǔ kōngxū, hēi’àn jiù huì shìtú zàicì tiánbǔ tāmen shīqù de kōngjiān, ér xiànzài de qíngkuàng kěnéng bǐ yǐqián gèng zāo. Wèile shǐ pínghéng yǒulì yú jīngshén, wèiyǎng tā, jiējìn guāngmíng bìng yuǎnlí hēi’àn.
