Lemos na bíblia em 2ª Coríntios 9:7
“Cada um contribua segundo propôs no seu coração; não com tristeza, ou por necessidade; porque Deus ama ao que dá com alegria.”
A oferta que deve fazer a uma igreja / instituição ou na vida de seu próximo, quando este estiver precisando de sua ajuda e você puder ajudar, vai depender de seu coração. Normalmente Deus toca nosso coração para ajudarmos aquele que precisa, neste caso não devemos deixar de abençoar sempre que pudermos.
Muitos tentam dizimar para ter mais retorno como se fosse um investimento, para fazer barganha com Deus, mas se esquecem do que está escrito em 1ª Timóteo 6:10 “Porque o amor ao dinheiro é a raiz de toda a espécie de males; e nessa cobiça alguns se desviaram da fé, e se traspassaram a si mesmos com muitas dores.”.
Nem por tristeza e nem por necessidade. Não devemos ofertar ou ajudar alguém acreditando que, por este motivo, Deus teria a obrigação de nos abençoar. O Verdadeiro cristão tem prazer em ajudar o próximo e o faz com amor. Compartilhe o que Deus lhe deu, ainda que seja pouco. Ajude a quem precisa, reparta com o necessitado. Não acumule riquezas na terra pois, em breve, estaremos com nosso Senhor nos céus.

How should I make an offer?
We read in the bible in 2nd Corinthians 9:7
“Each one contributes as he has proposed in his heart; not in sorrow, or out of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”
The offer you should make to a church / institution or in the life of your neighbor, when they are in need of your help and you can help, will depend on your heart. Usually God touches our heart to help those in need, in this case we should not fail to bless whenever we can.
Many try to tithe to have more return as if it were an investment, to make a bargain with God, but they forget what is written in 1st Timothy 6:10 “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evils; and in this covetousness some turned away from the faith, and pierced themselves with many pains.”.
Not out of sadness and not out of necessity. We should not offer or help anyone believing that, for this reason, God would have an obligation to bless us. The True Christian enjoys helping others and does it with love. Share what God has given you, however little. Help those in need, share with the needy. Do not accumulate riches on earth for soon we will be with our Lord in heaven.

Wǒmen zài shèngjīng zhōng dú dào gē lín duō hòu shū 9:7
“Měi gèrén dōu ànzhào zìjǐ nèixīn de tíyì zuò chū gòngxiàn; bùshì yīnwèi bēishāng, yě bùshì yīnwèi xūyào; yīn wéi shàngdì xǐhuān lèyú fèngxiàn de rén.”
Nín yīnggāi xiàng jiàohuì/jīgòu huò zài nín línjū de shēnghuó zhōng tígōng de tíyì, dāng tāmen xūyào nín de bāngzhù bìngqiě nín kěyǐ tígōng bāngzhù shí, jiāng qǔjué yú nín de xīn. Tōngcháng shàngdì huì chùdòng wǒmen de xīn qù bāngzhù yǒu xūyào de rén, zài zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng xià, wǒmen yīnggāi jǐn kěnéng de zhùfú.
Xǔduō rén shìtú jiāng shí yī fèngxiàn zuòwéiyīzhǒng tóuzī lái huòdé gèng duō huíbào, yǔ shàngdì tǎojiàhuánjià, dàn tāmen wàngjìle tí mó tài qián shū 6:10 Suǒ xiě de:“Tāncái shì wàn’è zhī yuán; zài zhè zhǒng tānlán zhōng, yǒuxiē rén bèilíle xìnyǎng, yòng xǔduō tòngkǔ bǎ zìjǐ cì tòule.”.
Bùshì chū yú bēishāng, yě bùshì chū yú bìyào. Wǒmen bù yìng gāi tígōng huò bāngzhù rènhé xiāngxìn yīncǐ shàngdì yǒu yìwù zhùfú wǒmen de rén. Zhēnzhèng de jīdū tú xǐhuān bāngzhù tārén, bìng yǐ àixīn lái bāngzhù tārén. Fēnxiǎng shàngdì gěi nǐ de, wúlùn duōme shǎo. Bāngzhù yǒu xūyào de rén, fēnxiǎng gěi yǒu xūyào de rén. Bùyào zài dìshàng jīlěi cáifù, yīnwèi wǒmen hěn kuài jiù huì zài tiānshàng yǔ wǒmen de zhǔ zài yīqǐ.

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shàngdì de miànqián, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ shìfǒu xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéi yī hè zúgòu de jiù zhǔ? Zhè yīnggāi shì nín zuì guānxīn de wèntí.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài cǐ yèmiàn de dǐngbù huò dǐbù, yǒu yīgè “liánxì fāngshì” liànjiē, nín kěyǐ zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān xiàng wǒ fāsòng xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò rènhé shèngyú wèntí.
