Lemos na bíblia em Salmos 119:11
“Guardei a tua palavra no meu coração, para eu não pecar contra ti.”
Aprendo com a bíblia que todos somos pecadores em Romanos 3:23 “Porque todos pecaram e destituídos estão da glória de Deus;”. E aquele que diz que não peca está mentindo como vemos em 1ª João 1:8 “Se dissermos que não temos pecado, enganamo-nos a nós mesmos, e não há verdade em nós.”.
Mas há como lutar contra o pecado. A bíblia diz como e porque caímos em pecado, veja o que diz em Tiago 1:14 “Mas cada um é tentado, quando atraído e envolvido por seus próprios desejos.”. Nossos desejos, muitas vezes, controlam nossas ações, portanto devemos preencher nosso coração com aquilo que é de Deus e deixar de lado as coisas do mundo.
Esta orientação está em Filipenses 4:8 e 9 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai. O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.”.

How to Stop Sinning?
We read in the bible in Psalms 119:11
“I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”
I learn from the bible that we are all sinners in Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God ;”. And he who says he does not sin is lying as we see in 1st John 1:8 “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”
But there is a way to fight sin. The bible says how and why we fall into sin, see what it says in James 1:14 “But each one is tempted, when drawn and involved by their own desires.”. Our desires often control our actions, so we must fill our hearts with what is of God and put aside the things of the world.
This guidance is in Philippians 4:8 and 9 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is is of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. What you also learned, and received, and heard, and saw in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.”

Rúhé tíngzhǐ fànzuì?
我們在聖經中讀到詩篇 119:11

“Wǒ yǐ jiāng nǐ dehuà cáng zài xīnlǐ, miǎndé wǒ dézuì nǐ.”
Wǒ cóng shèngjīng zhōng dé zhī wǒmen dōu shì luómǎ shū 3:23 Zhōng de zuìrén “yīnwèi shìrén dōu fànle zuì, kuī quēle shén de róngyào;”. Zhèngrú wǒmen zài yuēhàn yī shū 1 zhāng 8 jié zhōng suǒ kàn dào dì nàyàng, shuō zìjǐ bù fànzuì de rén shì zài shuōhuǎng,“wǒmen ruò shuō zìjǐ méiyǒu zuì, jiùshì zì qī, wǒmen xīnlǐ bù chéngshíle.”
Dànshì yǒu yīzhǒng fāngfǎ kěyǐ duìkàng zuì’è. Shèngjīng shuō wǒmen rúhé yǐjí wèishéme duò rù zuì zhōng, qǐng cānyuè yǎ gè shū 1:14 Zhōng suǒ shuō de “dàn měi gèrén dōu bèi yòuhuò, dāng bèi zìjǐ de yùwàng xīyǐn hé juàn rù shí.”. Wǒmen de yùwàng chángcháng kòngzhì wǒmen de xíngwéi, suǒyǐ wǒmen bìxū yòng shén de xīn chōngmǎn wǒmen de xīn, bǎ shìjiè de dōngxī fàng zài yībiān.
Zhège zhǐdǎo shì zài féi lì bǐ shū 4:8 Hé 9 “zuìhòu, dìxiōngmen, fánshì zhēnshí de, chéngshí de, gōngyì de, chúnjié de, kě’ài de, yǒu měiyù de, ruò yǒu shé me měidé, ruò yǒu shé me hǎopíng, xiǎng xiǎng zhèxiē dōngxī. Nǐ zài wǒ shēnshang xué dào de, lǐngshòu de, tīngdào de, kàn dào de, dōu zài zuò; cì píng’ān dì shén bì yǔ nǐ tóng zài.”

Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài běn yè de dǐngbù huò dǐbù yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fā xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò nín kěnéng yǒu de rènhé wèntí.
