Lemos na bíblia em Colossenses 3:2
“Pensai nas coisas que são de cima, e não nas que são da terra;”
A bíblia nos ensina a dominar a nossa mente. Veja o que diz em Filipenses 4:8 e 9 “Quanto ao mais, irmãos, tudo o que é verdadeiro, tudo o que é honesto, tudo o que é justo, tudo o que é puro, tudo o que é amável, tudo o que é de boa fama, se há alguma virtude, e se há algum louvor, nisso pensai. O que também aprendestes, e recebestes, e ouvistes, e vistes em mim, isso fazei; e o Deus de paz será convosco.”.
Se não der espaço em sua mente para as coisas ruins e, se alimentar constantemente da palavra de Deus, pode ter certeza de que a luz vai dominar sobre as trevas. Isso não acontece da noite para o dia e requer disciplina e constância na leitura da bíblia e na oração mas, certamente vai dar certo.
Sei que é difícil, mas pode começar com a orientação de Salmos 1:1-3 “Bem-aventurado o homem que não anda segundo o conselho dos ímpios, nem se detém no caminho dos pecadores, nem se assenta na roda dos escarnecedores. Antes tem o seu prazer na lei do Senhor, e na sua lei medita de dia e de noite. Pois será como a árvore plantada junto a ribeiros de águas, a qual dá o seu fruto no seu tempo; as suas folhas não cairão, e tudo quanto fizer prosperará.”.

How to Control Bad Thoughts?
We read in the bible in Colossians 3:2
“Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth;”
The bible teaches us to dominate our mind. See what it says in Philippians 4:8 and 9 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honest, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is who is of good repute, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. What you also learned, and received, and heard, and saw in me, that do; and the God of peace will be with you.”
If you don’t make room in your mind for bad things and if you constantly feed on the word of God, you can be sure that light will dominate over darkness. This does not happen overnight and requires discipline and constancy in reading the Bible and praying, but it will certainly work.
I know it’s hard, but you can start with the guidance of Psalm 1:1-3 ′′ Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers. Rather, his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in his law he meditates day and night. For he shall be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season; its leaves will not wither, and whatever it does will prosper.”

Rúhé kòngzhì bùliáng sīxiǎng?
我們在歌羅西書 3:2 中讀到聖經
“要思念天上的事，不要思念地上的事；”

Wǒmen zài gē luóxīshū 3:2 Zhōng dú dàoshèngjīng
“yào sīniàn tiānshàng de shì, bùyào sīniàn dìshàng de shì;”
shèngjīng jiàodǎo wǒmen yào kòngzhì wǒmen de sīxiǎng. Kàn kàn féi lì bǐ shū 4:8 Hé 9 shì zěnme shuō de:“Zuìhòu, dìxiōngmen, fánshì zhēnshí de, chéngshí de, gōngyì de, chúnjié de, kě’ài de, yǒu měiyù de, ruò yǒu shé me měidé, rúguǒ yǒu rènhé zànměi, qǐng kǎolǜ zhèxiē shìqíng. Nǐ zài wǒ shēnshang xué dào de, lǐngshòu de, tīngdào de, kàn dào de, yě dū zài zuò; cì píng’ān dì shén bì yǔ nǐ tóng zài.”
Rúguǒ nǐ bù wéi huàishì téng chū kōngjiān, rúguǒ nǐ bùduàn de yǐ shàngdì de huàyǔ wèi shí, nǐ kěyǐ kěndìng guāngmíng huì zhànshèng hēi’àn. Zhè bù huì zài yīyè zhī jiān fāshēng, xūyào jìlǜ hé jiānchí bùxiè de yuèdú shèngjīng hé qídǎo, dàn tā kěndìng huì zòuxiào.
Wǒ zhīdào zhè hěn nán, dàn nǐ kěyǐ cóng shīpiān 1:1-3 De yǐndǎo kāishǐ “bù cóng èrén de jìmóu, bù zhàn zuìrén de dàolù, bù zuò èrén de zuòwèi, zhè rén biàn wèi yǒufú cháoxiào zhě. Xiāngfǎn, tā yǐ yēhéhuá de lǜ fǎ wéi lè, zhòuyè sīxiǎng tā de lǜ fǎ. Yīnwèi tā yào xiàng yī kē shù zāi zài xīshuǐ páng, àn shíhòu jiéguǒ zi; tā de yèzi bù huì kūqián, tā suǒ zuò de jǐn dōu shùnlì.”

Wǒmen kěyǐ suíshí jìnrù shén de tóng zài, wèntí shì: Nǐ zhǔnbèi hǎole ma? Nǐ xiāngxìn jīdū shì nǐ wéiyī qiě zúgòu de jiù zhǔ ma? Yīnwèi zhè yīnggāi shì nǐ zuì guānxīn de.
Wǒ xiǎng bāngzhù nǐ liǎojiě shàngdì duì nǐ shēngmìng de zhǐyì. Zài běn yè de dǐngbù huò dǐbù yǒu yīgè liánxì liànjiē, qǐng suíshí zài báitiān huò wǎnshàng de rènhé shíjiān gěi wǒ fā xiāoxī, yǐjí qídǎo qǐngqiú huò nín kěnéng yǒu de rènhé wèntí.
